The lobby is lovely and check in was gone but our room was not ready until after 4pm. That wasn’t the worst part.
We had 4 people in our room. 2 queen beds.
The beds were hard and the pillows (3 on each bed) were like rocks.
The shower was wheelchair accessible and water shot all over the bathroom floor.
Even worse, the shower head was broken off the wall and the rod attachment was falling off the wall.
So showering you had to wet down, then put the shower head down and lather up, then rinse with one hand while holding the shower head.
Obviously my 2 children could not do this on their own so I had to shower both of them getting myself and the bathroom soaked.
We heart stomping all night above us which was tiring.
We left more exhausted than when we arrived. Very disappointing for a La Quinta.

We stayed here on a family vacation to Bearizona and The Grand Canyon. The breakfast was good, the hotel was quiet and clean. They provided a good amount of shampoos, conditioners and soaps and the rooms are spacious. They’re doing construction but that did not impact our stay. The property had a good amount of parking and we had no issues with moving our car around. The staff was very nice and check in was super simple. They are within walking distance to a brewery that had BBQ and an arcade upstairs. If we ever come back to Williams, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Was a bit of a surprise to be put on the top floor of the hotel when we informed staff ahead of time that we were traveling with a baby. So quite the trek every time to bring all of his crib and belongings up. Also the male staff member who checked us in seemed pretty checked out, pun not intended, and felt like he just wanted to rush us through as quickly as possible and didn't take time to understand the question I asked about parking.
Pool area could use a change room or lobby of some kind, and the chlorine or whatever chemicals were used in the hot tub were so strong that my eyes were burning for 2 hrs afterwards.
The Williams area itself is quaint and charming and we enjoyed the surroundings

Nice no frills simple hotel in Williams close to shops and restaurants. Room was pretty clean although did find a few hairs in the shower. Breakfast was decent but could have used some fresh fruit or different items each day. The make your own waffles were a hit though with my kids. Front desk was nice

We were there for a family trip. Our stay in your hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was very clean! Breakfast was very good. You made it very easy to travel with our dog. Location was amazing. Hotels usually create issues for us in one way or another. Yours answered every need our family had for our short stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the La Quinta in Williams! Every person we encountered who works there was so kind and helpful. The hotel itself was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Williams for food and souvenir shopping and an hour drive from the Grand Canyon. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. We all agreed we would come back.

We will most likely stay here again vs other hotels in the area but it is an average hotel but good enough to stay at for a vacation with family

The experience wasn’t good. We got at the hotel One hour after check in time and the room wasn't ready. We had to rush in change the kids for our train experience because we need to wait at the reception for the room be ready. The hotel hosts a considerable amount of dogs. Some families with two larger dogs. We stay at second floor and right above us, they have one heavy and hiper dog that make sure to be up at night. At first we complained believing it was a kid running around and jumping from the bed, but not. We talked with the manager about it in the morning about the arrangement and why don’t reserve the lowers floor for families with dogs but she said it is impossible and that La Quinta have a police that is open for acceptance of dogs. She wasn’t apologetic at all. I don’t see the trouble to manage a wing/floor or part of the hotel for anyone that don’t have a dog or have allergies like me and my family. Well… don’t look forward to go back there and I’ll have my reservations to book La Quinta even because of it.

We have stayed there a few times. The room is always clean, comfortable and everything works. The breakfast is ok. When the Grand Canyon Railway has the Polar Express, expect there to be kids all around. A bit noisy but after 10 pm it was quiet. We will probably be back if we go that way again.
