DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Flagstaff

Very comfortable and clean for our family trip. Restaurant on site was very nice. Pool area was a treat.

Everything was awesome. People were all real friendly and helpful. Treated us like family. Eager to change menu to accommodate allergies.

We had a great stay.. was able to bring our fur baby who did terrific on his first adventure.. thank you for making that possible.. restaurant food was great!! Definitely be back here again..

The door to enter into the hotel room was not sealed properly. We had a crack, so you could hear when come in through the door, and it was making a whistling sound the whole time, and a lot of light coming through. You could see the hallway through the crack of the door. The shower tub was not draining properly, so the bathtub was filling up. You had to take a fast shower. And we had the most noisiest upstairs family stay above us. They were bouncing off the bed running tumbling stomping throughout the whole night. I had two kids and we all barely got sleep. They told us the only way they could solve. The solution was if we moved rooms at 11 o’clock at night which was not possible with two babies Finally asleep. Front desk kept making lies, and excuses, saying that there was no one in the room which it was obvious there was with the amount of stomping and voices we heard.

We were placed in the old part of the proprty. We had a guest with children on the floor above. The child did not stop running in their room until 1am.

We got the junior st which is awesome. Love the Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. Also love they are attached to the bathroom. Towels all seemed cleaned. I like the separate living room and bedroom. Like the shower, all looked modern. Staff at night and morning were all very friendly and helpful

great location and friendly and helpful staff. however the rooms need updating. the curtains were torn, the bathtub needs a new non skid surface.

We've stayed in some 5 star hotels and find them lacking just about everything but lobby art, it's a nice change. We were greeted by pleasant staff and received warm cookies as a "thanks for staying with us", which is cute, and much better than a champagne flute. The room was pleasant, clean, quiet and didn't have any bad smells. The hotel is dog friendly, $75 for your pup. The hallways were quiet, clean, bright without any obstructions. There is no valet or bell hop, which is perfectly fine. There are two attached restaurants to the hotel and a small bar opposite the front desk. Our family enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back.

We rsrvd 2 rooms for our family of 6. We requested connecting rooms. When we checked in we were told our 2 rooms would be on separate floors. I explained that we have 4 children and that is why we requested connecting rooms and we could not have rooms on separate floors. We were then told that we could have rooms next to each other but there were no connecting rooms available. So we had to take those rooms. We took all our luggage up to the rooms only to find out the two rooms were not next to each other, they were on separate halls. They were too far away. So I had to go back down to the front desk to tell them the rooms were not next to each other. They then said they could get us two rooms on another floor across the hall from each other. So we ended up taking those. So again we moved all our luggage to another floor to the other two rooms. When we got up there we noticed in one of the rooms (3rd floor) that the window didn’t even shut. There was no latch. It just slid right open. No way to lock it or keep it shut. And the screen on the outside of the window was bent all the way out and hanging off the building. So again we went down to the desk thinking someone could come fix it. The only option given was that we would have to move to other rooms that would not be near each other. Since we could not do that we had to keep the rooms. Later on that night we heard a loud jackhammer sound coming from the bathroom. We realized that when other rooms near us took showers that it
