WARNING- BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! When we first checked in, got to our room and the room had not been cleaned. YUCK. Went back to front desk and gal gave us another room. That room had urine all over the toilet and floor. Used my own cleaning supplies to scrub the toilet. Office said there was nothing they could do abòut it. Went back to the room only to find out our room key is not working. 3 separate hikes to the front desk later we finally get a key that will work. Again office said nothing they can do. We had a room with 2 beds- the first bed had bed bugs all along the mattress edge. The mattress had blood stains and urine stains on it. The sheets were stained and yellow in color in some places. There was long black hair all around on the bed sheets. Unfortunately the pillows matched the bed. My daughter and newborn Grandbaby stayed in a separate room. Their room was cleaned when she checked in. Upon further review of the beds, sheets, pillows and towels they too had the same biohazards as the first room including bed bugs on the mattress. Some one also tried to break in to her room. Office did nothing. We are not rich people and with no refund we were forced to leave and just drive home. Rather than risk bringing bugs and disease back to the rest of the family.

There were children running and yelling in the hallways, disturbing other guests. The waffle iron in the breakfast room was broken. The elevator was so dirty, our shoes stuck to the floor, and the landing on the east end of the second floor was the same. The property just didn't feel clean.

This hotel was such a pleasant relief after being in Vegas. The rooms have a microwave, fridge, and small dining table. It was peaceful, and there’s a heated pool and hot tub. The kids loved the breakfast and so did I! We would stay here again.

It was a nice stay, the hotel seems older but it is still very nice and clean. It was quiet which was nice, no loud talking in the middle of the night or screaming kids running up and down the halls in the morning. The room was comfortable. I was able to keep the room a comfortable temperature during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very nice to have coffee or cocoa available 24/7. The breakfast was okay not as many choices as other hotels I have stayed in, but I have stayed at places that were worse. It is a nice thing to grab a bite to eat in the hotel before heading out, as apposed to having to go to a restaurant then go see the sites. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the room was designed for a disabled person so the shower head was lower than usual. I had to really bend down to wash my hair, or since it was a hand held I could hold it in my hand but that is not the most convenient thing to do with shampoo in your hair. The only bad thing was it is a walk in shower with no pan, and I dropped the shower head and it got lots of water next to the shower and soaked the bath rug.

I’d give more but kids were calling my room from other rooms and the phantom per person charge upon check in for using their water.

We loved the breakfast options and service. The location was great for seeing the Grand Canyon and downtown Williams. It was very family oriented and friendly. You can tell the property is a little on the older side, and the air conditioning/heating unit had a big crack around the top letting air in from outside. Thankfully it was still a pleasant temperature inside.

Room clean. Bed super comfy. Older property but clean. Get an accessible room if u want a bathroom that you dont have to straddle the toilet to shut the bathroom door. Real weird. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Overall- aging property that was acceptable for one night stay and affordable. Eat authentic mexican nearby at Nanys Tacos- family business, delicious!!!!

I left a $275 dollar a night hotel last night in Phoenix, incredibly dissatisfied, and thought.....$60 a night. Ok, i guess at least i won't get screwed. I know what im buying! Dont be fooled and sleep on this little hotel. Front desk staff, both very young adult men, incredibly stand up and phtting their best efforts forward. Service is top notch, even in the off season. Housekeepers- dont get me started. Other than a small paint scuff here and there, they are the ROCKSTARS of this facility. Hands down, even in this labor crisis, weather, and covid and iff season, this is the place to be. Clean, comfortable, and in 6 trips to Arizona the most economical hotel, with fewer amenities, but i never even missed them we were so comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be customers again, and again. You have officially became this families "sweet little spot in Williams "
