Love staying here when I'm in Williams. Walkable to bars and restaurants and the downtown. Nice place for solo travelers and families

Our family loved our stay here. The hotel is clean and has good amenities, and the room layout worked for our family of four. The hotel is in the better spot in town, central to all Route 66 activity, Main Street, and shopping. The kids loved seeing the train leave every morning.

Our stay was good. The hotel is great for kids. The rooms were a bit small and we could hear the people in the next room to us a few times but it wasn’t bad. However, the train whistles in the middle of the night were very loud and woke us up.

I enjoyed the trainride with my family and how the hotel wrapped around the uniqueness of the town. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast at Fred Harveys restaurant was great! Would recommend different beds, mattresses were hard and pillows as well. Some people may like that though. Also dinner buffett at Fred Harveys could use some work.

It is a nice and family-friendly location. The hotel rooms are nothing fancy, but spacious and in good condition. Lots of dining options nearby, Despite a rather late arrival to Williams, all went smoothly with check-in, including them having our train and Canyon tour tickets ready for us. I appreciate the convenience.

This place is not quiet due to slamming doors, chatter in hallways, lots of kids/families, train horns. The buildings are hard to navigate--you will walk in circles. Only 2 floors so take stairs instead due to 1 elevator per building. Parking is far from main entrance doors.

This is our second time coming here and we’ll be coming back next year again. So kid friendly and so close to everything. Love it
