I travel a lot, and this is perhaps one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is incredibly amicable and helpful. The hotel rates include a fee that includes everything from valet (including tip) to room service, parking, complementary coffee and tea, etc. The hotel is beautiful and has that Southwest look that is so iconic in Tucson. The Reims are incredibly spacious and they have a balcony. The Mountain views are beautiful. Everything about this hotel was great. I will definitely stay there and I will recommend to friends and family.

I gifted my daughter and son-in-law a Christmas date without small children. They had a marvelous massage, a delicious dinner and a great night's sleep. They enjoyed a leisurely breakfast before heading back home. My son-in-law said it was a great Christmas gift.

Everything about this property and staff is EXCELLENT, the SPA included. I am definitely coming back and bringing my family and friends. Thank you for the most amazing maiden voyage to Tucson!
