Great hotel. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The complimentary breakfast was great! Everything was clean and fairly new. We will stay here again on our new trip to Sedona.

This hotel was amazing for our family of four. Big and spacious room. The breakfast was cooked and prepared right there. Waffles were fabulous too! Clean and close to all the galleries, mountains and trails. The staff were knowledgeable. They told us where to go and what was good.

I loved the staff! Very kind and friendly. The pool and the hot tub were amazing! Very clean and not crowded.
The breakfast was seriously delicious. It's home made right in front of you!
There is a little park for family's and pets with nightly live performances (we didn't get to go though). The location is great, very close to everything you might need
My only negative is that our room was very dark. We had a window that faced the building, so we got almost no sunlight.
However, the room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. For the price, this is a great find!!!

Staff excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. This is not a top of the line place, which I should’ve expected for the money. But it was clean. It didn’t occur to me that it an “inn” is more like a motel than a hotel, so had the noise outside and slamming metal doors from the unit beside us. Small fridge as well as a microwave, which is often not the case to get a microwave these days. Bathroom was small but had a bathtub with shower. I’m used to staying at more upscale hotels so it’s not fair of me to judge harshly as it was about half the price of other hotels and the service was good. Just don’t have expectations for top of the line sheets and a “hotel” like experience. They had live music as well as some wellness items like yoga, but that was during the week. We stayed on a Friday night and they had a guitarist. I love that it was pet friendly even though our dog wasn’t with us. They had a sign at the door welcoming the dogs staying there by name in addition to a water bowl. Dogs were welcome in the outdoor area where music was, it was safe for both pets and people. Sedona is beautiful. Not the best view from this hotel, but the town has a magical charm so we were OK staying and having less comforts than we were used to. Example: tv smaller with cable vs streaming, limited toiletries, etc. Loved the sign that the water features had child eating piranhas as a joke. In summary, service/pet policy/free events & breakfast made up for it being less than I’m used to. I

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I could park right in front of my room. There is no elevator to the second floor, though. You have to walk the stairs. There is a small park with tables where you can do bbq or have family lunch. I didn’t like the breakfast, so I ate outside.

Excellent place to stay for a family and pet owners. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of choices. There is house keeping on request which is nice not to have someone bothering you in the morning. The only negative I have to say is that the hot tub needs maintenance as only a few of the jets were working and there were gaps in the masonry.
Everything you want to see is easily accessible through the nearby 89a.

I’ve never stayed heee before and was pleasantly surprised. Even if the decor is a little dated, the room was comfortable. Free breakfast was great, but note you will have to sit outside if you bring your dog. The family/pet park was probably my favorite part of the property.

We loved our stay here. It was very comfortable. As a family of 5 we really appreciated the comfortable pull out couch bed! The breakfast was delicious, the pool was so fun. But the staff take the cake. I think we have met the friendliest city in the USA, and the staff at this hotel fit that title too.
