Courtyard by Marriott Sedona

The staff was very friendly and great. Our room was clean and fit our family perfectly. The pool was clean and a great way to cool off after hiking. The laundry services and food service was also a great added bonus. We will be back.

The view and upper terrace were great. There was no phone or internet service (dead zone). The check in staff place our four rooms as far away from each other as you could get. Starbucks does not cater to kids with their selection.

Positives: the view from our balcony was spectacular! Nice pool and fire pit in the common area. Parking was accessible and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and functional. The area is quiet and away from the crowded parts of Sedona, but close to all major highways and about 10- 20 minutes away from the tourist areas & shopping centers. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Negatives: bed was dry and uncomfortable while the pillows were too soft with no support. This was my entire family’s observation and not just mine. There was no safe in the room. A/C was not central and was loud. Blew straight at the bed and was very loud to sleep under. Basically, not the most comfortable sleep. Also the sliding screen door was broken in the room and I can’t believe it wasn’t noted by any of the staff before they decided to let us have the room! We were battling spiders and other crawling insects for the time we were there. When I addressed the issue with the staff, they gave me two nights off of parking (about 50 bucks) and apologised. They also opened a ticket to fix it. However, it was an inconvenience we were dealing with for the entire stay and two nights of free parking did not really fix the issue. We could have asked to move to another room but then would have to deal with all our stuff being moved and I was done packing and unpacking at that point! Also, there is no room service. You can call and order food & will need to go get it yourself,

Nice rooms. Good for families. Pool was perfect. We loved the dining area and delicious food options.

We were out in a very noisy room and could hear heavy footsteps above as well as lots of noise in the hallway. I was VERY disappointed that daily housekeeping is not offered until the third day. A big part of the reason why I choose hotels for multiple night stays with my family if for the daily upkeep. With how much we paid, it definitely took away from the value. Hotels.com, how can you let us know which hotels offer daily housekeeping? Those definitely are the hotels I want to stay at.

Beautiful views and a great location. Easy enough to get to the action but far enough away to feel calm and not busy in the area. We loved the option for the pull out to sleep our family of 5 in 1 room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was comfortable and clean.
