This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were great and the AC worked awesome. The pool was nice and warm. Very safe for children too since it’s not too deep. Breakfast included cheese/veggie omelette, yogurt, bagels cereal and juice. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a clean, no-frills motel style lodging in a great location with respect to the many trailheads and the shuttle park-and-ride. The property is older and has had a bit of a facelift in terms of the rooms and bathrooms, however there is only so much one can do without a complete gut-job. Still, considering the high prices everywhere in Sedona, this is a great option for the budget-conscious traveller while still providing comfortable and clean facilities. Breakfast is basic. The pool and hottub are a draw for families. Gerardo’s pizzeria was great but about an hour wait - make reservations if you can! Overall, my family of four enjoyed our stay and of course the beauty of Sedona!

Needed a hotel in Sedona for an overnight family trip that was away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area, wasn't too expensive, and had an EV charger and the GreenTree Inn proved to be the perfect fit.
The front desk was very helpful at check-in and advised us the best way to get to our suite which was on a slightly detached portion of the grounds and if you took the wrong route in the parking lot could take you through a very nasty ditch (note that late night arrivals will probably find an automated kiosk in the lobby instead of a real person). They also pointed us to the EV chargers and walked us through how to turn them on since they're free for hotel guests but require a key. The room itself was very roomy and more than comfortable enough for our short stay. The breakfast area we went to the next day was on the small side but had hot eggs and sausages in addition to cereal and bread unlike other hotels in overpriced tourist towns we've been to that skimp on their breakfast offerings.
On a side note, the pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting but since it was December when we went we didn't get a chance to try them out. Maybe on a return visit to Sedona.
After check out we found our ride fully charged which set us up for a great sightseeing trip in and around Sedona before heading home.

Amazing my swimming pool and hot tub, we had a great time with the kids. Lobby is a bit small at breakfast with cold weather. Check in with someone on a computer was a new experience for me, but actually quite pleasant. Room was a little dusty.

The Inn is very clean and the room was perfect, and a great location to Uptown. Very pleased with our stay here. Planning on bringing the family back in the Spring

We were on 2nd floor and I didn’t like the part that their floor is not that good. I have a 2 yr old baby who keeps on hopping and running and the guests below us complained. I understand the fact why they complained, but the root of this is because the floor was not that good. I hear also some people jumping or running on the other rooms, I’m not sure if their attention was called as well.
Cafeteria is very small. Only 4 tables. Kitchen staffs are not checking if the food needs refill. I have to tell the receptionist that the eggs and pancakes needed a refill and that’s the only time the kitchen staff started cooking.
They don’t offer any kind of meat like bacon or sausage.
There’s a little walk from our room to cafeteria.
Shower room is not made well, the barrier is very low, water can go outside right away when taking shower. The curtain shower is flimpsy.

It is a nice place within the price range. I travelled with my family and got the king size one bedroom, with the pullout couch. The room is large and spacious. The beds were comfy, the staff were absolutely helpful.
The view of magnificent - but note that it’s from the balcony outside the room. You can catch a glimpse of it through the living room window but you will appreciate it more from the balcony.
The Inn is perfectly located - right opposite the city centre, and not too far from amenities. You will need a car though to get around easier. This is Sedona.
My only downside was that we had a smoker next door and am not sure if they smoked in their room or not, but our room had this weird smell - we had the spray the room every time we walked in and open it up immediately.
