My family loves coming here. This was a third time here. It has become part of a family tradition for us. Everything is wonderful here.

Not one complaint about this property. We stayed here twice on a family road trip. The kids begged to stay on our way back. I would say that is a ringing endorsement.

Hotel was great!Our room was clean, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, cups & dishes. Very roomy. Continental breakfast was great and worked well for us because they had a nice spread plus breakfast sandwiches & biscuits wrapped for grab-&-go for families in a rush in the morning.

Receptionist at check in was very friendly. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Amenities and free breakfast was a plus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family traveling to Arizona.

This hotel is great for families. If I had to say a negative thing it would be the breakfast area needs attention (food and cleanliness).

Our first stay here was amazing, but needed housekeeping to come up and clean the room upon our arrival. My husband and I loved the suite we were in! So nice. It was great for an accessible suite. My second trip here, I was solo and the TV would not turn on, but they came up and figured it out. When I tried the next morning, nothing again. Frustrating. The biggest problem was someone had the alarm clock set to go off at 6AM unbeknownst to me and I came to get some sleep on this trip, so that was blown. Never could be get back to sleep. Lost 3 hrs. Also, I recommend NOT staying near the ice machine in the hallway. Loud loud loud. Argh All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here! It has so many amenities for you! Great free breakfast buffets, family style “living room” with pool table, games,TVs, etc Just so nice! They also have informational boards hung to tell you what is happening in the area at that time, the best restaurants, and so much more! So helpful! Pool area is nice. Definitely will return here again!

Poor management processes had us waiting almost 2 hours for a room to be ready for us. Room had been cleaned but not vacuumed. We asked that it be vacuumed the next morning. They made the beds and cleaned the bathroom instead - floor remained unvacuumed. Lobby with games were fun for the kids, breakfast was pretty good and the pool was nice.

This property is clean and well maintained, the staff are all friendly. Definitely will stay again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Clean, great breakfast, family friendly, will def stay here when we are in Scottsdale. The rooms were great and had plenty of space for our 4 kids. I’m always weary of pet friendly hotels as most of the time the rooms stink of animal urine. But not here, everything was fresh and well kept.

Room was not ready till after 6pm or so and my request for 2 queens studio was not available and my family of six was put in a king with sofa sleeper then bect day had to wait till after 12pm to transfer to request room
