This is our second time booking this resort and it has been the best family vacation we have had this year. The staff is so kind and helpful. The villa rooms feels like being home.

Was able to check in two hours early, that’s a plus. Not being included in free giveaways that everyone else was receiving (frozen alcoholic beverages) not great but not the worst. People surrounding the hot tub, drinking,smoking and playing music- not great. My kids observing the upstairs people having sex, not ok. The neighbors sharing a wall with us being loud until 430a-the worst! Cleaning crew knocking at my door at 10a to start cleaning when check out is at 11- not great. Management not having better control - too many bad things for all the money spent.

We rented a king one bedroom with queen pullout couch and two bathrooms. This room was perfect for us and our adult children. Plenty of pool options and the staff keep the grounds VERY clean. Close to great restaurants. Our room had a small fridge and microwave. We brought a cooler so with worked for us. The property has several food options.

We had a great stay at the Scottsdale resort. Out sink and shower however didn’t drain well which was kind of gross. The pool areas were wonderful. I wish they had adult only pool area so you could escape the screaming kids. Also fitness center was excellent!

Our stay was good until our last day when we’d planned to spend the day by the main pool, and learned as we arrived that it had been closed for the entire day for a private event. I get this happens but there was ZERO communication prior. We would have planned our limited vacation days differently had we known. We paid for this time too and it resulted in a very unhappy crew of kids and parents who were excited for their last day before heading home. Could have easily been avoided had the resort simply communicated the closure ahead of time. And the tiny little quiet pools with no food or drinks and far away that they offered as an alternative just don’t suffice. Feel like we got ripped off an entire day we paid for to use the amenities, and would really like a refund.

Beautiful family friendly property that is easy to get to old town and many other attractions. Loved the pool and the shuttle service. Room was large enough to accommodate our family of 5 - have it 4 stars because the hotel room itself could have used some updating.
