We came on vacation with another family and shared a villa for 7 people (3 kids). The villas were spacious and had everything we needed to spend 3 nights comfortably. The staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to Logan, our shuttle driver, for taking us around the resort and nearby areas and finding our daughter's goggles she left in the back seat. We spent time at the main pool and the villa pool and enjoyed both. Also, loved the movie night in the pool. Thank you for the hospitality!

My family had one of the villas. Check-in was smoothly. But we didn’t know the villas were on the other side of the main hotel. You could walk there but it was quite a ways. So we did not utilize the hotel at all. Villa was in a separate area with the secure gate. Very safe which we had to put a code in. Our villa was at the very end. Very quiet. Very clean. Fit my family very well. Full kitchen. There’s a smaller pool where the villas are, but we did not use. We did not use the main pool area also. Overall very nice.

I was assigned room 287, as we accessed the building, a nasty smell was coming out of it. I was not able to distinguish, but it was a combination between humidity and smoke from cigarettes. I went right away to the front desk, explained the situation and was assigned a different room. Still in the same building, the first floor was not that smelly, nevertheless, my family and I weren’t comfortable. Since this was a single night, we stayed, my surprise for next day I had a rush on my arms, I reported it to the front desk and because of doing my reservations with Expedia , they just reimbursed the resort fee, but I would like to have a word with Expedia or the facilities manager to obtain a full reimbursement. Additionally and to kind of help with the situation, they front desk offered a complementary breakfast, which was also awful, all the food was old. There is something in the building /facilities, they are dirty or not enough maintained, I don’t consider it a resort.

This hotel was disappointing. The property was rundown and outdated. We opted for two beds and they were so small. My husband and I each slept with one of our kids and the beds were not big enough for an adult and small child. It had the Scottsdale prices and dining options surrounding it, but definitely not a “Scottsdale” feel on the property itself. It was $900 for two nights at what felt like a Best Western, not a Hilton.

We rented a two-bedroom villa which is one of their most expensive rooms. I haven't really high hopes for this stay and the main lobby look very nice, as I'm sure most of the rest of the hotel was. The Villas however are run down, outdated, uncomfortable, and just not appealing in the slightest. There are cabinet doors in the kitchen hanging down, the dishwasher made a horrendous noise, there was a piece of tape on the top of the the door frames to lock the bedrooms, trash under the bed, and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I was willing to look past most of that but then when my wife and baby were napping in the room around 1:00 in the afternoon, someone let themselves in to do fire alarm testing without notifying any of us. It wouldn't have been that difficult to send me a text about it which is how they have been communicating up until that point. service was great until I spoke with the manager who did nothing would make excuses and frankly he was highly insulting.

Rooms dated. Toilet very small. Shower head too low. Vanity light mirror was not working. Room was too hot even with trying to adjust it. Pillows were ugh. Tissues and toilet paper were cheap and falling apart. Bed was not comfortable. Waitress at pool never came to us during our two hour poolside visit. Barn door to bathroom is not family condusive.

Food ordered from bar area was terrible. Fish taco had approximately a 1X1 inch piece of fish. Beef taco was tough and dry.
There was a fog that was barking multiple times throughout the night. Additionally a group of kids were running up and down halls. I know that is not the hotels fault but still made for a tough night. Front desk attendant was not very friendly when asking for advice and directions.
Would rather see queen beds than double. My son, husband and I stayed in a double room. When was the last time you tried to sleep in a double bed with another person. Room could accommodate two queens.

Booked room for family that came to town, they were beyond happy and said that they would never stay anywhere else when they come to town. My cousin went on and on about how great everything smelled and how clean everything was. They paid 534.00 for a room at another property in Scottsdale the previous day and said Hilton Scottsdale had Ta Da ! for 1/2 the price

NOT family friendly, the hot tub was full of drunk people so my kids couldn’t enjoy it. The room had no lock on the bathroom door. Everything was a charge. They didn’t tell me about the resort fees until I checked out. The front desk had some personal issue and wasn’t answering our call so we came down to the front office to ask for a room service to come back to a pile of towels being left in our room. No cleaning at all. Plus I missed the portion of “resort” because it was just a regular average best western to me. I won’t be staying there agajn

We asked several times within the past couple days that we stayed there to please clean the room, which they haven’t, then the day of checkout it seemed like they were in a rush to kick us out from the room at 7:45am then they continued every 1/2 hour till they finally got us out there was no coffee or water refills during our stay,for being Hilton gold loyalty members this was truly the worst stay my family and I have ever been in!
