The AC wouldn’t work. Nothing said about pool out until you get there. And they switched my rooms where I had booked and confirm 2 times with the hotel, adjoining rooms. I’ve been here several times with my family, this was the worst! Bring back Chaparral Suites.

Rooms were decent and spacious. Rooms should have a deeper clean than what they have now. Found an old package of bologna in the freezer! YUCK!! Pool was too warm even at night. Breakfast was delicious! The fitness center was one of the best I have ever seen! Happy hour was a nice touch especially for the kids.

Pool was nice for kids, breakfast was excellent, parking very good, nice location. Little older in need of some updates-housekeeping was not dependable-some days there were no towels, some days the beds were never made and the trash not emptied. But we did stay over spring break and they may have been overwhelmed??

Stay somewhere else just pay a little extra. Not worth the “resort” title price. Outdated with the tub being painted to cover the age but still chipped edges . no amenities like a resort the pool and hot tub were crowded throughout our stay no security to calm all the screaming kids running around. Room was directly in front of the only operating elevator so it made things worse. Asked to be relocated but said they were at capacity. And the bait and switch tactic was bad as well when they decided to change extra when we checked in for “resort fees”. I won’t be staying here again..

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool was warm and it was a great breakfast and we enjoyed happy hour. The area is convenient close to old town Scottsdale. I would definitely stay here again and it is a good value hotel for families to stay together.

It was my first time visiting Arizona and this hotel was well packaged with the package I chose. They have an excellent daily breakfast and happy hour from 5-630pm. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay for more than 2 days. My kids loved the pool area and they enjoyed everything the hotel offered as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel and stay when I come back to Phoenix, AZ..

Great location! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. My family also enjoyed happy hour and the large breakfast buffet- both complimentary. We had to call maintenance regarding the heat not working in our rooms, but they were there within a few minutes and fixed the issue. We will definitely stay here again.
