The Scott Resort & Spa (formerly FireSky Resort)

We went here for our honeymoon/babymoon. It was SO beautiful even my husband was shocked by how unique it was. It was like a little hidden oasis in the middle of Main Street. Staff were lovely, rooms were beautiful with a balcony. Food was good, pool was calm, quiet and relaxing. Night time was quiet and so relaxing with the boho chic vibes and fires. This is a MUST if you want to disappear from the world but be walking distance from the fun day and night life!

I’ve been to this resort, many times for dinner, and hanging out by the pool, but this is the first time I stayed there! It was one thing after another, first, they didn’t have the room available that I booked with the lagoon view, which was way more money, so they put us in a pool view that was very bot private. And then we found out that we were attached to the presidential suite and could hear every single thing that was being said underneath the door. And then at the pool we rented a cabana for $250, there was a wedding, so the pool was filled with kids, and there was only one server, and she forgot multiple things, and our drinks took over an hour! And the cabana didn’t come with side, tables or anything. The food is excellent at the restaurant, and the ambience in the main area is amazing, I will definitely be back for that, but I will not stay here again for the price of the room and what you get it’s not worth it.

The common areas are fine and look nice, food at the canal club is good. The hotel rooms are basic. It’s family friendly and has a little sand area by pool for kids. Our room didn’t have a safety lock on it though .

I arranged this hotel for myself and 3 childhood friends post 3 days in Sedona. It was way beyond expectations on every level. My only regret was I could not stay one more day. It is a 2-minute drive to downtown Old town Scottsdale. They offer a van ride. It is 18 minutes from the airport. Their shuttle does not go to the airport. It was very Uber easy. I am already planning to return. I highly recommend it.

Good property, recently renovated. Common areas look great. Staff is good but not best in class. Great time for the family. Would stay there again.

Very disappointing stay. My family and I expected a top notch experience especially given the almost 800.00 per night cost we paid. We got a delayed room, inattentive service, unable to use the pool and grounds due to private events - which were unannounced, denied service at their restaurant due to a large party, unable to take a to-go dinner order. On the plus side, the location is great, the resort is very pretty - albeit on the small side - and some of the staff members were very nice - once you got their attention. Due to our poor experience, I do not recommend this resort UNLESS you get it for a fraction of what we paid.
