Legacy Golf Resort

I will start with the positive. The grounds are lovely, on a golf course with mountain views. The negatives are the area is one of the worst in the valley. Check out is 10am in the morning! Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything and everyone. I felt like I was staying in the same room as the family on top of me with their arguing kids. Plumbing is twrrible. My toliet did not work well. I guess I should have know that when I checked in and found a toliet plunger in the CLOTHES CLOSET. And the worst part was the gap under my exterior door. This is the desert and if the leaves are vlowing in my room, the scorpions and others are coming in too. I was on alerr my entire stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone and that is rare for me to say.

We were on the first floor. Too much noise from the floor on top, children jumping and running till midnight. Asked to be changed. New room with party girls on the next room, partying till 1:00 am, smoking pot. Very noisy and smelly. Not our best experience

We really like this place. 2nd time to stay here. People in room next to us very rude. Let their door SLAM every time they left or entered. Also had problems with our room keys at the pool. Couldn't access. Went to front desk and they said the problem wasn't the keys but the gates. Would send security to fix. Waited and waited. Meanwhile 2 different families left pool area. Asked them to try their keys and they worked just fine. Returned to desk and told them. They checked our keys again and determined they were defective. Said 1 number was off. My question was why the heck didn't you realize that in the 1st place? Very upset.

My family and I had a great stay. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and provided plenty for us to do.

The good: -Beautiful golf course with friendly staff -Nice to have washer/dryer in the room and full kitchen -Good sized pool with bartender and ability to order food The bad: -Being accosted by timeshare representatives who don't understand the meaning of the word no throughout the entirety of our vacation and upon returning home -The paper thin walls, resulting in hearing your neighbors fight, have sex, and listen to music as if it were in your own room - hope you aren't travelling with kids who can hear! -The locals who frequent the pool on the weekends make it far too busy to enjoy a nice afternoon -The area around the property itself is quite sketchy and did not feel very safe especially driving around in the evenings, it is also about 20-30 minutes from any of the popular areas like Scottsdale and Glendale

We return to the Legacy year after year because the property is exactly what we need for our family of 4! The 1 bedroom studio is perfect. Love that it has a full kitchen and plenty of space for us. The grounds and facilities available are wonderful. We are always out moving around, playing sports, walking, swimming, using the gym. Great stay! We will be back!

This property was great. My family really enjoyed this weekend trip. The restaurant is convenient and good cafe type food decent priced $$. The pool was heated.

The property fit all of our needs for our family vacation - golf, pool, ping pong, basketball and convenient location.

A facility with a resort atmosphere. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen and a washing machine. There are cooking tools, tableware, a coffee maker, a toaster, and other useful items. Recommended for long-term stays for families and couples. It's a peaceful facility where you can feel nature, and sometimes you can see wild rabbits. The reception and concierge staff were very friendly and made guests feel welcome. The only thing I felt a little disappointed was that although the inside of the room seemed clean and well organized, I noticed dust in the drawers, used towels left in the washing machine, and cleaning of some areas was not insufficient. I didn't need cleaning, so I wasn't particularly concerned, but the cleaning staff never came to my room during my stay. It may have been the policy that cleaning would not be performed unless a request was made. This time, I used this hotel for a business trip, but I would definitely like to use it for private purposes as well.

The property is beautiful and clean. Great pool area and several family activities. I could have done without the timeshare hassle. The unit was very quiet until someone in the building used water. Extremely loud and woke me during the night and in the morning.
