I spent close to if not $1000 for a one night getaway for my wife as we recently had a child and wanted her to really enjoy herself and relax and stay at one of the nicest resorts in the area. This isn’t to say that her stay wasn’t ok, just with the money spent was hopeful that everything would have been amazing. She mentioned that her spa visit was ok. The help upon arrival was not up to the standards of a premier resort. The bed was too hot, music was not great. She ordered food and her food was very spicy. She said the walls appeared to be damaged in certain spots and overall was not that impressed with the spa. She checked in on a Sunday and upon arrival the valet mentioned the resort not being crowded and thought there would be no reason to get checked in asap. It ended up being 5 hours till she could check in. She wanted to order breakfast dine in and many of the items on the menu weren’t available. When she did order it took over an hour to get her food. Again, her stay wasn’t bad, but we/I thought she was staying at the nicest resort, going to the nicest spa in the Phoenix area. She did not feel as if the resort met the mark. If wanting to stay at a nice resort, there are others in the Phoenix area that outshine the Omni.

This property was really beautiful! It was so well kept and felt so relaxing. We had just had a few days of travel and exploring the state and this was the perfect end to our trip. My daughter described it perfectly.. it was like an adult hotel that allows kids now... which basically means no water slides or activities built for kids but really beautiful and welcoming to children. Also, service and food were fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

The Omni turned out to be a lovely option for our family. Really beautiful grounds, close walk to Camel Back hike, decent food options, lovely pool area and service. I would go back definitely!

It was very hit and miss. The front desk group was great. The security for the pool area and on location was horrible. 3 of the 5 nights we were there we complained that partners were in the pool screaming and yelling until 2 in the morning. The pool Closes at 10. Our kids were exhausted each morning and missed activities because they couldn’t sleep at night. The partiers left messes by the pools when the kids did go to swim. Cleanliness was also hit and miss. One room was extremely clean and good but the other room we had to clean a mess off the wall and the shower had a hair clog over the drain. They obviosusly just hung towels and left. The clothing store was great. The gym was nice but they told our kids that they couldn’t come in if under 18 because Omnis insurance doesn’t cover kids. As a frequent guest I know most omnis allow 14 and over. The insurance wasn’t the issue, the lady who worked there just didn’t want them in there while she worked out.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The buildings are spread out over a large property. Lots of landscaping and places to relax. Two pool areas - one for adults, one for families. The restaurants provided lots of options. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The location is Scottsdale was wonderful. Would definitely make a return stay.
