View was of the roof, air condition didn’t work, no plastic bags in garbage cans, no fridgerator for our baby food, etc. Pool was filthy, dirty with hair etc.

None of the ten pool heaters worked for 4 days! Our seven month old swam with ten other kids in the hot tub that didn't work and was filthy. I would have rather stayed at the holiday inn.

I booked this place for three nights with my family. This property is beautiful from the inside to the outside everything inside was clean room was excellent. what did impress me the most this is the managers go beyond their job duties to make sure that you’re OK on while you stay in the hotel? They are dog lovers and they will help you with your dogs needs. I will recommend this hotel to my families and friends, because I had an amazing experience with my kids and family. Definitely going back and revisit this place.

We loved this hotel until our second last day. They shut down the pool area for an entire day for a private event and it was unusable. We also had to listen to the live music all night. Not ideal when you have little kids. We were super annoyed to be paying full price for this expensive resort and to have our enjoyment be impacted so severely. If the pools are shut down for private events, this needs to be disclosed at the time of purchase or he regular hotel guests need to be compensated. Otherwise, great hotel. We loved it besides the sneaky business practices to renting out the pool area to private parties

Amazing resort. The only downside is there was a lot of kids. It was super busy lobby. When you retire to your room it’s so luxurious and quiet. The food was amazing!

The resort was beautiful and the amenities were great however I felt the service could have been much improved. We had some issues with being given a different type of room then what we had booked and it took hours of pleading and negotiating before our original room type booked was provided. Additionally due to the amount of "private events" happening, many of the normal amenities were not available and/or very limited to us unless we were part of a certain "group" or wedding party. It seemed as the the hotel caters to companies and/or weddings instead of their everyday guest just coming in for a nice and relaxing weekend. For example, I was told I could not sit in a certain pool chair because it was reserved for a specific group... so I moved (after being there for 90 minutes) only to watch the entire area reserved for the "group" sit nearly empty for the entire day. I watched as the employees told several guests they could not sit in those chairs.... and unfortunately no other chairs were available therefore they were not able to enjoy the pool area. Brought me back to the cool kid lunch table days lol
