I went for my nephews graduation the hotel was clean and quiet. The room exceeded my expectations. I just wish we had a tub for the kids but besides that everything was great.

This was our second time staying here, we love how nice and friendly staff is. We also love that they have a sofa bed that comes in handy with kids

This was a great stay. Loved the fact that we had a practically full kitchen, makes it nice when you have kids.

We have been traveling all day to attend a family graduation. The room was clean, and cool after a day on the road. The beds were so comfortable. It was truly a great experience.

AMAZING! I really loved and enjoyed staying here. Everything was just great. Starting from the front desk agent to the rooms and lastly the breakfast. I will definitely be recommending the hoyel to family members.

Room was very clean. Staff at check in was amazing. All around great hotel. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit family.

Separate room with the suite is nice with small kids

Very clean, family friendly stay. Rooms are very spacious, everything is up to date. Pool is amazing, towel service included! Gym has your basic needs, with water/towels available too! Definitely recommending!

I have a bad experience Saturday July 16th, with the lobby/service lady (I didn't know exactly her position). Firstly: At the breakfast time I was looking for a place to sit I moved a table (just for space) and the lady told me "Ey your can't move tables!" after that she started laughing because she said she was kidding, (Really?, I never started a conversation with her before), she was cleaning the floor and put the caution signs in the coffee area, but obviously many people need a coffee for that reason my friend went to that area and then "the Lady" get angry doing faces again, same situation in the drink area, she put the caution signs because a kid spilled water and she was making the same frustrated faces.. that kid only said "I'm sorry " Secondly: Same "Lady" same situation this time in the ice machine area, there was the wet floor caution signs, I needed ice and enter carefully for that but she started screaming "Ey lady don't you see the signs?!" then MY PATIENCE WAS OVER and answered that "Lady" "Ey I know is a caution area but doesn't mean "close area" I respect your job please respect the guest, please call your manager" she denied to call her manager so I had to call another lady that I saw inside the office behind the reception and explained to her all the situations I saw since the morning! I understand "that Lady" maybe had a bad day but also she needs to know BAD ATTITUDE really affects your popularity. I don’t want to stop staying in your Hotel, no more
