Hotel was nice and suite we stayed in was very roomy. Only issue was we could hear kids in the room above us constantly running back and forth. They were very loud so not very sound proof. Other than that, excellent hotel and would definitely recommend.

Housekeeping and Laundry staff were professional and friendly. However the front desk clerk did not respond when I said hello and when she finally acknowledged me she was curt, in front of my family member. It was so obvious my family member asked me if I was sure I wanted stay.

It was very disappointing. We have stayed at Hampton Inn and Suits many times and had great experiences, but this time was lacking. The toilet in our room was running constantly. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The icing on the cake was when we were awakened in the middle of the night because water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. They changed our room, but we went from a 2 queen bed to a king and pullout couch. That didn't really work with 2 kids and 2 adults, but we couldnt stay in a room where the ceiling was leaking and flooding the bathroom. Seriously considering other hotles for our future travels.

I can't recommend the Farmington, NM Baymont to any traveler. The rooms are miniscule, more befitting of a Microtel rather than a normal Baymont with room enough only to sleep or to hang a coat. The toilets and their location to the floor, for instance, would please no one outside of perhaps the Roloff family. Breakfast was totally inadequate to a normal Baymont with no hot water for tea, hours old eggs, toaster that "toasts" only the bottom half of you day-old bagel and more. For the price of close to $100 a night, save your money and book yourself into a Motel 6 for quality comparable to this place. On the bright side, it was clean.

I swear when I book through Expedia we get the worst rooms...right next to the elevator, noisy family/kids placed in room directly above, window opens out to parking lot where everyone is rolling their luggage over the brick patios.. so it is impossible to have the window open. Hotel is kept extremely hot and we couldn't use the noisy window hvac system to cool our room off. I usually love Hampton Inns but not this one.

The beds are too hard. A homeless man was in the pool area then got in jacuzzi with all his clothes on. Disgusting. Poor security! I had my grandkids with me & this man was bothering us. Not happy
