Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn And Suites

It is an average hotel/ motel. Not sure why it is so higly rated? OK to stay a night, the family room was good, the breakfast was a ”typical american hotel breakfast”; waffles, bagels etc and lots of plastics. The staff was very nice, the pool area is tiny and in the middle of the courtyard/ parking area…

I liked the layout of the family suites as they had 3 queen sized beds, with one of them truly in a separate room with its own door. Also, the breakfast was MUCH better than most hotels free breakfasts.

Very nice family that run hotel. Very clean and good beds. Loved the heat lamps in the bathroom. Service was also great.

nice, comfortable, easy for families

Stayed with my family for a week, the room was a perfect layout for our family of four. The staff was nice and professional at all times. Highly recommend if staying in Kingman.

The room itself was fine with the exception of the bed, which was too soft for anyone with back problems. The pillows were feather - which for us - was great.. The pool was clean but the hot tub was disgustingly dirty. We had seen a group of young children (8-10) playing in the hot tub earlier in the day unsupervised. We assumed it was these children who tracked the dirt and debris into the hot tub. Two pairs of childrens’ socks lay wet beside the hot tub and there were two towels at the bottom of the pool. I pulled the towels out and wrung them and hung them over a chair and laid the socks on top. If you do breakfast at this motel, you may want to bypass the eggs and have a waffle. The servers were friendly and kind.

Safe area and quiet Did not appreciate new pet policy we had to sign, they do not allow pets to stay alone in the rooms. So with outside temperature at 115 degrees we could not go out to eat. With out having to leave our pet in a hot car. So we did take out and brought dinner back to room Not eating out was not the issue as much as the fact that there is no furniture in the room for 4 people to comfortably eat in. And using the pool as a family or even eating breakfast at the lounge together I have never had to sign a pet policy there before nor at any other best western So as far as being pet friendly they are lacking in my opinion

Good service at check in! Nice family oriented property.

Stayed for one night with my family. Felt safe even when we checked in around 11pm. Front desk worker, Winnie, was courteous and kind. Room smelled great and the A/C was on so it wasn't stuffy when we arrived. Continental breakfast was great. Food was alright and all the workers were so kind and made sure we found what we needed and kept everything like the food and plates/utensils well stocked. Would stay again if passing through on Route 66.

Common area is lovely. Rooms were dated (mine had a musty odor and some mold), but they were large and the bed was comfortable. The family suite with three queen beds was perfect for our group. Front desk staff was excellent!
