Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites

My family and I stayed here one night while traveling from the Grand Canyon to Southern California. We found the bed mattresses to be quite comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite good.

The rooms are quite large and they look nice. Unfortunately, the room I got (249) had a noise in the ceiling that wouldn’t let me or my kid sleep. The noise came every half an hour. It sounded like water drops or an animal. I informed the front desk, they offered me a $15 dollar credit…. The room cost was around $200…. I did not take the credit…

I would probably give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Here are the pros - we stayed in a family suite which had 2 bedrooms and 4 full size beds. The rooms were large and everyone in our family had a bed to sleep on so that was nice. However, the rooms were definitely dated. The breakfast had quite a few options and the food was pretty tasty - especially the French toast! The service was also good. My kids also really enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub (that was in a little enclosed structure). The pool was also open, but not heated so we couldn't really utilize that. Here are the cons - I don't feel that the pictures displayed on this website give an accurate depiction of the actual property. This is definitely an older property that may have some refurbished rooms, but ours wasn't one of them. It looked and felt more like a motel (with outside doors for each room) than a hotel. It's also close to train tracks, so there was some train noise. While it did meet our needs, it just felt overpriced for the experience we had.

Autum was super friendly and very accommodating for our family. The hotel was clean and really nice. I would highly recommend staying here

Advertised with free full breakfast buffet. They only offered it one out of three days we stayed. Requested no room service and they came in my room anyway. Thee staff was very rude to my family while we were using their meeting room for my nephew’s graduation party.

Drove through the desert at 95 degrees and went to the pool thinking to cool off but it was freezing…lol…the hot tub made up for it. Lol and I did see a family in the pool later so maybe was just chilly me🤗 Absolutely a wonderful breakfast and attentive staff! Yum!
