The first night we were out in a room with no AC, it was horrible with the temps being at 118 that day, the whole family had to take cold showers to cool down and it was hard on me with asthma! The hotel couldn’t get us into another room the next day! We still had fun out side the hotel but that first day was horrible and for the price, I feel the hotel could’ve been alit more updated! Probky wouldn’t ever stay there again unless I knew for sure we had a room on 2nd or 3rd floors w working AC… the breakfast was also very good and it was well served and provided

There was an issue with another family walking into our room, they were given keys to our room by mistake. Not a pleasant experience when we were all asleep.

The pool was very nice with great views of the lake. Our child loved playing there with friends and the general ambiance was very pleasant. The hotel in general was also very nice. Could use some upgrades in the shower with a tiny bit of dingy grout, but the bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Overall a very good experience.

Fireplace and gas lamps by pool had been out of service STILL for a long time (weeks prior to our stay as well). No plastic cups in the room and to track down the unpleasant (seemed bothered to have been asked) bar tender to request (2) plastic cups for our room. No the front desk did not just send any up. Pool towels are for small children, take (2)

Overall it was ok. The grounds were nice, and the pool was beautiful. The breakfast was nice to have with kids, but was ok. The staff was very kind and friendly. My only complaint would be the rooms. They felt smaller than other places I’ve stayed at and it needed a fresh remodel. We changed rooms 2 times because of broken things or smelly room. Finally we stayed in the 3rd one and it still had a broken fridge and cabinet. At that point we just gave up and stayed there. They just brought up a new fridge. But the rooms were kept clean. The place lacked quality for a Hilton property.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast, crowded pool with lots of kids, very hard bed, quiet. Overall enjoyable.
