Ths bath valve was glued open, so we could only use the shower head and not use the bath. We had a small child with us and she does not use a shower.

I always have a good experience at this hotel. This time was different. I didn't appreciate the rudeness of the front desk red headed lady. I have family in that city and while i was at the hotel they cam to visit me as usual. While hanging out in the pool, I was asked if they were all staying in my room. I said no just myself and another relative that came with me. We asked her for pool towels and she replied they are for guest only not visitors. That is why we only asked for two to begin with. Not only did that happen, they locked me out of my room and when i went to the office the guy said his boss did it. At this point i felt profiled and didnt understand why grown adults are playing games. Whenever I left or came back to the room, someone was always staring as if i was smuggling all my Mexican family in the room. This is the first time i ever felt uncomfortable at this hotel. The only positive interaction on this trip was with Martin at check in.

It was fine for one night though it seemed a little overpriced for a motel with no frills, not even breakfast. Needles is as hot as hades and the kids appreciated the pool. AC had its work cut out for it but the room finally cooled down.
