Three bad things: 1) Charging $10 for parking is stealing money. Greedy. 2) The space between the beds and the wall was too tight. Couldn't have two people walk between the bed and wall so our family of 5 was constantly having to step to the side moving around 3) The sheets were tucked in so that I couldn't even pull it up to the top of the bed. Had to untuck it from between the mattress and box spring

I am traveling with elderly family and I was able to get a ground floor room which makes things so much easier. Everyone has been very accommodating and kind at this property.

The pillows were pretty bad but everything else was great. The pillows were extremely flat and felt like you were laying directly on the mattress. Our family of 5 did not sleep well :-( The pool is heated and indoors. The pool is quite small but serves its purpose. The hotel is really nice though and I would stay here again but I would bring my own pillows.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay :) the room was spacious for five of us. was in the cluster of hotels when you first come into town, easy to walk to red lobster or Olive Garden, and Walmart is also walking distance. Lots of other choices as well. Staff was friendly, room was clean and updated, beds were comfortable. pool was OK. No hot tub, a little chilly even though it was heated but my kids still went in and splashed around a little. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel. We have been on a 2 week cross-county family road trip and we enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast the next morning was very good!

We took a cross country road trip with our kids and this was the best hotel we stayed at. The location was wonderful, breakfast was really good, the beds were so comfortable and we had so much room. 10/10 we will be back!

We rented here thinking about the indoor pool for my kids and didnt indicate on their website that the pool was under renovation and parking was limited due to snow piles in the lot. Bathroom was combined, would be nice if there was a door between the toilet and the sink..

They price gouge if Flagstaff gets any snow anticipating that people will flood in from Phoenix. Pool was under construction so the kids couldn't even do that. The only benefit was the extra space the rooms provided. Breakfast in the morning was a nightmare due to the amount of people crammed in there and the food was sub par constantly out and it took them a very long time to refill the food. Not worth the price we paid at all. Felt like a cheap motel 6.
