Great location, super clean, didn’t interact with staff because everything is digital now (including the key). My only complaint is don’t understand why there are only doubles in the rooms. There is plenty of room to have 2 queens… I will definitely stay here again but will get a room with a king for myself and husband with an adjoining room for my kids with their OWN beds.

boyfriend and I went to Flagstaff from Phoenix for just one night stay. There was a concert we attended. The hotel is nice, clean and no complaints. the only thing I can say is the walls are very thin. early in the morning, we can hear a mom talking to her kids, talking not yelling. but other then that, will stay there again if/when I go back to Flagstaff

Pet and family friendly. My kids loved the pool. Not huge but great temperature. The lobby was cool to sit in though as the doors open frequent. I would prefer a small free breakfast. The buffet price is too much when traveling with kids that may or may not eat enough. Very friendly helpful staff.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised… Clean, inviting. After a long 10-hour drive from Colorado, my family was ready for a good rest. This place was PERFECT. The only glitch was ordering food for in-room dining, NOT room-service. You have to walk down to the outside diner.

We enjoyed a quick stay at this hotel before skiing at Snowbowl. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly at check in. My kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool, and we had a nice breakfast before heading out for our day. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would choose it again.
