Very disappointed, Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stay. My room floor was sticky and found chapstick that wasn’t mine on the floor next to bed. First day housekeeping lady with cart full of towels walked right in as soon as elevator open on the first floor, she stood there blocking us from walking out, and she look at us like we were in the wrong. So I don’t know if hotel didn’t train their employee for basic manner. After that we got breakfast at 8:30am (breakfast 6-9am) and there only fews pieces of sausage on the tray, no egg, no waffle batter, syrup or butter. There were full of people at that time waiting for food refill, I heard people asked employee at the register, he said about 10 more min. She refill the food almost 9am, people were in line for food. The 2nd day was worst, came to get breakfast at 8:15am and almost everything ran out, even hot coffee, eggs, waffle batter, no milk for cereal. The drink machine out of order so no water, I asked lady who seem like she the only one who work at breakfast area and she answered me with the attitude like I was annoying her. I heard at least 5 people were complained about breakfast, and 1 family of 5 had to told their kids that they can’t wait for breakfast or they will be late for tour. I don’t know what the problem if hotel short staffs or were trying to cut budget by not have enough staff working but this is not okay. If hotel can’t provide hot breakfast then don’t advertising that they have free breakfast.

I would've gave it a 5 star but the room heater had a malfunction the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable called the front desk the gentleman on the phone said they were having issues with some of the units he told me to reset the unit but that didnt work he mentioned that they were sold out for the night so he couldn't relocate us the kids and I had a hard and restless night

Property was very clean and seemed very new. Only minor drawback was that some of the toiletries were very small for our family of 4, so we had to request extra shampoo and tissues as we went through the initial supply within the first day and these were not replaced. Breakfast gets very crowded, but is generally clean and a nice experience.

Ive stayed here before on several occasions with my pup and it’s clean, conveniently located, and safe. Good amenities. My issue is with the room - I needed two beds for family sleeping for parents and one teenager. Well this property does NOT have rooms available with two queen beds only double beds. Awful sleep for parents in a double bed. Very disappointing. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere.

Not a good experience. We booked this hotel to celebrate one of our kid’s birthday and play in the snow. We have 3 boys so standard hotel rooms don’t really work for us. I had a different hotel booked initially, with a suite but it was next to the train tracks so I booked this hotel instead when I saw they had connecting rooms. Before canceling the other, I called to confirm the connecting rooms. The girl I spoke to said she had secured connecting rooms for us so I canceled the other place. When we arrived to check in, we were told “Sorry, we gave all the connecting rooms away.” He said he could give us 2 rooms right next to each other. Not ideal for our kids to be in their own room but we felt we had no other choice. He said we’d have to wait for the rooms to be cleaned (it was already 5pm at this point and we were hoping to drop our stuff and go eat but ok). I opened the door to the first room to find a man in the bed!! AWKWARD! More apologies and more waiting for a solution. We got 2 new rooms. The kids room had no hot water, so they had cold showers. About an hour after we said goodnight to the kids, my teenager calls me frantically saying THE FIRE ALARM IS GOING OFF!! We didn’t hear it over our tv since the alarms are only in the hallway, which is concerning. The kids were freaked out and no one slept that night. We were told at check out that a manager would reach out for possible compensation but we have heard nothing. Probably won’t choose a La Quinta again.
