They accommodated my early check in when I was traveling with kids, because they were able to! Saved me a lot of headache trying to find things to do until the regular 3pm check in time. If they are able to help, they will.

A couple of big negatives: the floors were filthy and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When you have two toddlers who like to play on the ground, it is pretty frustrating when their bodies get covered with the grime from the floor. Their feet were literally black not 10 minutes after they got out of the shower. Regarding Wi-Fi, we tried multiple times on about 5 different devices to log in using the directions from the front desk (we called), but it didn’t work, and my husband couldn’t work. Positives: great location and breakfast burritos

The room was a good size and the beds were very comfy. Great for a family of four for one evening.

It was okay. I guess I didnt realize it was just an old motel. Price is right, but my family wasnt very pleased lol. Nothing against the motel. I guess the road noise was bad. I slept with ear plugs.

We had a loud neighbor upstairs right above us who started stomping the floor, making noises, dragging stuff, and straight out yelling out loud, all of this at 3 am. The staff was quick to step in when reached out, and they came and put a stop to it but for us the damage was done, we had two kids and they got scared and couldn't get back to sleep till 1 or 2 hours later, in general we didn't have a good needed rest, even though it was not the property's fault I will most likely avoid it in the future.

Night duty personnel was fine. Day duty was not. Was upset to have to do a refill of juice for my kids because the breakfast ends at 0900 (it was 0850) at that time and everything was empty from 0830.

My family and I stayed here and we loved it. We were upgraded which was awesome especially when it was the night of my daughter birthday party. Breakfast was a nice little spread just wish they had muffins. Room was clean, check in and check out were very easy. We will be staying in another Green Tree in New Mexico. Thank you to the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

I travel to Flagstaff for my daughters wedding and this was my first trip with the Doodles. Check in was quick and welcoming. The only negative was the $20.00 per pet, per day fee not mentioned at Hotels.com. I was taken back by the potential hidden cost of $80.00 for a 2 night stay. It was quickly waved and replaced by the 2 year $10.00 member fee exclusive to all GreenTree locations with card on file to cover potential damages at each check in. I requested a lower level room for easy access to the dog area and they happily accommodated my needs. The room was comfortable and fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Other than a 6pack plastic holder found under the first bed and a large furball found in the closet area the room was clean. I did not get an opportunity to experience breakfast in the lobby, but will take advantage of it the next time we stay. My pups were very comfortable in the room while I was out doing family things. The blackout shade helped them detour from any movement or distractions out side the room. The dog area was large enough for my girls to explore and find the perfect spot to potty. Because the room was fairly spacious and there were two queen size beds. My grandkids were able to visit and rest in between events. I am grateful that Greentree offers the amenities they do. Overall my stay was a positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers with pets.

For the most part this was a nice place. But the floor in our room was disgusting. My kids didn’t have shoes on the 1.5 hours before they got in bed and just from walking around on the floor their feet were coated in dirt or dust, they were nasty! Another con was the shower took a good 20 mins to get hot, even warm. But the bed was pretty comfy and our family suite was very spacious. Wouldn’t stay here again though if I had a choice.
