We live in Chandler and stay a few times a year. The pool is beautiful with a bar and our kids love it. Great price and located in downtown. There is something for everyone

Housekeeping came by as we we’re leaving to go out and when we returned the room was the same. I was traveling with 2 kids and trash needed to be thrown out I had to bring my own bag. Very noisy! Walls thin or just noisy people. Definitely could use upgrades in the room and hotel. I lost my breakfast vouchers they were nice enough to replace them. Needed a microwave to warm milk for my son and they were let me use their employee break room. Was okay but ready to go home

We were happy with our accommodations. We were able to get a non-smoking room, first floor because we brought our dog, and with a king sized bed with a pull out sofa-bed. We did not agree with the breed bias in their pet agreement. Fortunately our pet was acceptable, but we have friends and family that own pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, or boxers that were far more well behaved than the small dogs that were in the rooms on either side of ours. Besides that we were pleased with our holiday stay.

Hotel staff lost my package left by a supplier for an event I was in town for, and instead of being apologetic about it, thought it was funnier to make fun of the pronunciation of my last name. Unbelievably unprofessional on all accounts, as a very frequent business traveler, I have never seen a place take shots at someone's family name thinking they were being funny. Shame on you, Crowne Plaza
