The front desk man was very kind and helpful. He saw that I have a child with disabilities and the amount of medical supplies and immediately changed our room to a better equipped room. The handicapped room was super amazing. My daughter had never been able to be this independent in a hotel before. I have never seen a hotel with this accessibility, usually it’s just some handles in the bathroom, but this room actually had room for her to get around in her wheelchair. So thank you to the gentleman who checked us in and paid attention to the details.

Checking in and out was easy enough. The room itself seemed more like the leftovers from a frat house party than a room a family should stay in. Didn’t feel comfortable to walk around without socks, curtains didn’t shut all the way, generally didn’t give us any value aside from a place to stay

Pretty good accommodations but dated. Carpeting needs replacing. Sound carries through walls children next door loud … with grand parents could literally hear conversations. We got some quiet time when they took kids to Burger King and breakfast in the AM. Woken up thru out nite with grandpa coughing. First time we could hear neighbors during our trip. Other hotels we stayed at on our cross country trip didn’t have the sound issue. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

This is absolutely a month late. I am going to apologize in advance. My family and I stayed here to get to know the area and everything about Arizona. We also went to a family members wedding. The staff here are absolutely incredible and so welcoming. I was really sad to leave. Even to the point where I would enjoy working there someday if we ever get out of WA. The owner and the staff went above and beyond if anything was needed. We were even able to get into a different room when the room we were staying in wasnt working out. They were also kind enough to tell me info on where to go for scenery and historic place (a must for myself and the kiddos). I also asked about areas that would be great to live in and any activities to do for this short stay. I hope we can come visit again soon..we are thinking this summer..and youll be our first stop! I was given a card with all your guys names and i dont have it any longer..but I was the woman with the three kiddos and my husband in law enforcement (that im trying to get over to move). Thank you to the bottom of my heart, and if you guys see this..ill probably be calling again just to see how you all are doing. The food was great too, and being able to do our laundry was a huge plus!!! One of the staff members actually was sweet enough to do it. And she didnt have to..but thank you!!! Only down side was the pool not being open..but it was December...so i wouldnt expect the outside pool to be. Happy new year guys!!!!!

The AC in the room, there wasn’t much air flow, it was barely blowing, carpet in the room felt dirty, the shower and bathroom looked like it could be a little cleaner the pool was decent but not clean, leaves and twigs floated around in the water. Some remarks were made by not sure who he was, but a gentleman at the facility to another guest (cousin) about me and my children “don’t be like her (me) and bring a whole tribe” I didn’t appreciate this remark.

The property was well maintained, the room was clean, the bedding comfortable. The problem we had was very noisy neighbors. When we arrived, I should have asked for another room as we had a door to an adjoining room and the family there was very loud. We were first woken up around 5 by the people above us, walking around. There must not be any insulation between floors. Then we were woken up around 6:30 by the noisy family next door. The walls are extremely thin. It sounded like the family was in our room! I rated this property fairy high because had it not been for noisy neighbors, everything would have been great. There is nothing they can do for thin walls and ceilings. Breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly.

We stayed here due to its proximity to out of Africa. Also , the price was much lesser than hotels in Sedona . The front office staff , housekeeping , ladies assisting at breakfast were all very very friendly and helpful. The front office has a neat list of things to do and local restaurants to eat at. We tried take out from one of those restaurants ( crusty) and it was good . They have a decent hot breakfast spread ( bread, muffins, waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausages, cereal ). They also have free coffee, hot water, juice and water bottles in the lobby 24x7. They also advertise a two strike policy for noise from 9 pm to 8 am. Not much space outside for kids to play , since they have a small parking lot. We went there with two kids and they both liked the hotel
