SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cottonwood

Hotel facilities and staff were outstanding! Sofa bed/futon option with 5-person family is a nice feature that other hotels should imitate. Very clean and great option/location for families visiting Sedona. Staff went out of way to cater to guests’ requirements. Breakfast options and service also exceptional.

The travel team or whatever with few adults and lots of preteen and teen kids was ridiculous loud kids were running thru halls yelling banging walls stomping. At 1030 at night. There is some level of noise that’s expected at a hotel but these groups were loud all evening. Unsupervised kids prob 9 or so two boys were on elevator with me and one stared jumping to shake it but stopped when I asked him what he was doing. These groups need to be told what kind of behavior is expected other people might be exhausted from travel and need sleep.

Our stay was very pleasant. The beds were comfy, room was cool and clean. The only complaint was the shower head. It had 4 settings. 2 would beat you to death and the other 2 were baby soft. Made it hard to get the soap off. The breakfast was different each day. The gal refilling the food was phenomenal!! So attentive to every single detail! The staff was excellent!

Brand new inside and out . Great environment and very friendly staff. Patricia and Richard in particular were standout employees. Went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Patricia even went out of her way and got my kids and I white bread fir breakfast the following morning since we were staying four nights. Service was excellent

My family enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the breakfast options, the clean pool, and the ease of use with everything.
