Location, failed to reserve two connecting rooms for my family. It was a specific request, and was verbally confirmed twice before our arrival!

The staff was wonderful. I need a rollaway bed for an extra child and the young lady went ahead and brought it to the room free of charge. I was on a budget, yet, I wanted my son to have all him friends around. I really appreciate her kindness and helping us out.

Very affordable, pool and hot tub, standard rooms with AC, which are clean. Had very affordable laundry facilities on site. Staff was very nice. It’s at the end of the small town (follow speed limit in town or get a ticket), but close to the on-ramp to the highway, but not close enough noise wise. Gas station with a chain pizza joint right next door. Also there is the Green River State Park and golf course just a mile or so away. Goblin State Park, Canyonlands National Park, Moab, and tons of other outdoor adventures are all within an hour away (some not much more) making this little town a great base camp. Very limited dining options (Subway/Pizza), but there is a small market right off the main street that has a little of everything. No liquor store, but beer and other non- hard drinks can be bought.
Very limited continental breakfast, but it was free food. Decaf only coffee! There is regular coffee in your room though.
Let’s just say Utah is an area with lots of children so the pool and breakfast area were chaotic daily, but that’s most places; however, didn’t end up using pool or hot tub because of them being full and incredibly noisy (yes I’m older!).
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Really nice variety of breakfast foods. No elevator which made it difficult for me since by the time we got to the hotel my grandkids were sleeping and that meant i had to carry each of them, and lugguge up a flight of stairs in middle of night.

Hotel was nice and clean. My family like it and my kids loved the pool and gym room.

At first glance, the property looks a little run down on the outside. However, the front desk gentleman was awesome! He was friendly and even gave my kids some candy. Also placed us right next to the pool which my kids loved. We only stayed one night. The room was clean. The breakfast the next day was surprisingly amazing--everything you could want (eggs, bacon, donuts, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, juice, coffee, yogurt parfait bar). The young gentleman running the breakfast area was on top of everything! The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because the A/C in our room was LOUD--sounded like a plane taking off and landing every time it turned on and off and the appearance of the property on the outside.

We checked in at 3:00 and an hour later, another family opened our door. They had been given the same room by mistake. Things were rectified, but we had to have our keys fixed, because we couldn’t get back in our room. Also, the air conditioning is loud, the fridge has an odd smell, and the Wi-Fi connection is poor. My friend’s dog just passed away at home and he couldn’t even have a clear video conversation with his family. Overall, this was a disappointing stay.

Staff was very nice. Pool was great for kids. Room was old and worn. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom.
