Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

The Hotel was very accommodating, clean, and had very polite and helpful employees. It had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and well kept, the dinning room had plenty of food options and great room service. The hotels location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the star gazing activities and live music during dinner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning when we visit Sedona again.

The Hilton in Sedona was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping my family organize and gear up for a number of adventures. The hotel was clean and spacious and the pool + hot tub were great for the end of the day.

This was our first vacation with a toddler and it was perfect. The room and facilities were just right with a young family and the team were all super helpful.

Clean and pretty place. Was a lot of kids so keep that in mind. Restaurant was pricey with mediocre food but everyone was very nice and professional

The hotel met our needs pretty well. Staff was friendly on arrival. Only negative impression on arrival was a strong, floral, perfume type smell that pervades the lobby. However, lobby was very comfortable with family activities while we waited for our room (arrived early). King suite functional and easily accommodated family of three. Floor plan just small and awkwardly shaped, and felt closed in. Furnishings and decor were on dark, drab side, not particularly upscale in line with hotel brand. Still, king bed soft and comfy with large pillows (though short on extra pillows during busy week). Bathroom large, with separate vanity and shower areas. Our shower door leaked onto floor but could be easily fixed. Food and service staff all pleasant, but seemed like struggling on staffing, e.g., trying to find someone I could communicate with to make dinner reservation first night (could not reach by phone, so went downstairs and was told person I needed to speak with was out). Breakfast area has a coffee area, which most customers will probably be satisfied with, though muffin was still frozen so swapped for a burrito. Found the athletic center on our last day, very nice and very large, tennis courts and Olympic pool, etc., and would elevate overall impression of this property if people knew about. Most people probably are unaware of this (it's a long walk) so hospitality staff should promote this more as a resort type feature.

There is a nice lobby! My kids enjoyed some toys in there. In night, you can listen good music in restaurant and have a dinner around fireplace. A good relaxing hotel.

This hotel has really gone downhill. We've stayed quite a few times but this was probably the last. This place is in desperate need of maintenance and a refresh. We had to report multiple issues and most were ignored. The toilet in bathroom wouldn't stop running, the mini fridge door was bent and would leak (they obviously knew about it before because there was towels shoved under it). The shower had mold on the ceiling. We had to ask for a new remote for tv multiple times. The downstairs starbucks was not available because equipment was broken.They had cereal packs for kids but had nothing to serve them in. The in room coffee machine was dirty. They didn't disclose parking fee at check-in and it wasn't in our booking information (we knew about resort fee). $52 extra per night to park and for "amenities" that weren't even available (pool and spa was closed).

My husband and I travelled with two adult children. We all enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very roomy, the property surroundings were gorgeous and large family games (Scrabble, Shuffleboard, etc.) were fun for all of us. Also, the staff in the restaurant was amazing!

Nice service at the arrival, waited 20 minutes after our restaurant reservation time, had the worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant, we were served burned octopus, disgusting rare ahi tuna……and finally when we asked the sofa bed to be prepared for our kids for the night, we arrived in the room after the bad dining experience, the pillows were on the floor, the mattress cover was blood stained and the super wrinkled sheets were just sitting there on the sofa bed waiting to be installed….wow
