Ran out of eggs during breakfast. I asked for whole milk and was told you don’t offer it. Most children drink whole milk so I was surprised and disappointed that you don’t carry it. That being said, I felt like the person I asked about this didn’t want to help me and may have lied to me.

HORRIBLE customer service, specifically a white lady working the 3PM to 11PM shift. I walked in from shopping with some family, and soon as she saw us she automatically started yelling at me about having others who aren’t listed on my room going there to swim! NONE of us said ANYTHING about swimming, nor did we say ANYTHING to her period!

The service for the most part was great. Check in was nice. The breakfast was great. The only thing I did not know about was that they were doing construction on the hotel and that the pool would be closed. I usually pick hotels based on pools as I like to take my child to the pool. Other than that, we did get to stay in a newly remodeled room which was great.

The lady that checked us in was RUDE, we had our grandbabies with us as they wanted to go swimming for a bit, which is why we picked this hotel, the hotel was under renovations, she said very rudely to us, there is no pool, no pool at all, you cannot use the pool because we are renovating, even my youngest grandbaby (5) said well you don't have to be mean to tell us. Maybe take your options of a pool off your website and expedia for those expecting a pool, and teach that lady some customer service

Most of the amenities at this property were closed during my stay, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked, so my family and I weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub which is the main reason I chose this hotel. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the bathroom, dust was piled up in the corners, and the front desk staff was incompetent.

I have the worst experience ever I stay there for two days and I can’t sleep because of the horrible noise that the people upstairs made, I talked to the front desk and they didn't do anything and my son didn't want to sleep because of the noise, the worst experience I've ever had, In the two days that I was staying I was not able to rest well with my family, if I had known that I would not have chosen that hotel, it was my first time in that place.

Our first room’s AC didn’t work and the room was 80 degrees. When we were leaving for dinner, the receptionist was supposed to send someone to fix the AC. When we returned from dinner, the room was still 80 and ac not working. They sent us to another room at 11pm. We had to repack all our things to move. This wasn’t easy with 2 young kids. Very inconvenient.

I’m really pissed off. The pool is closed for maintenance and they said we can walk across to their “sister hotel” to use their pool. The lady at the front desk had an attitude and said “that’s why most people call before they book”. It wasn’t on the website or anything cause I asked and she said no then said that’s why most people call. They won’t transfer me over to the sister hotel Crowne Plaza. We had to drive over to swim because I wasn’t about to have these girls walking all the way around the building in the cold after swimming. So we get back to the room to eat and watch movies and I called to the front desk and said we were having problems connecting to the Netflix on the tv. “Oh that doesn’t work. We have Wi-Fi though”. I went out to the hallway to take a moment and walk off my anger. I go to come in and my key doesn’t work. I just wanted my child to have fun swimming and watching movies with her friend. Also being told that the full breakfast is not being served. I chose the hotel for its amenities and the good reviews but we weren’t able to get the full experience that I paid for.

The male manager (never got his name) is very unresponsive at this hotel. We got in late at night after traveling all day therefore we never noticed that the shower curtain was missing. The next morning we realized that the shower curtain was missing and actually looked like the rod was barely hanging on the wall. I reported this to the front desk at 11AM. We went to lunch and (about 3 hours) walked around a bit and expected to come back to the rod & curtain to be fixed, however it was not. We thought about swimming in the pool and found balls of hair floating on the top of the pool and the water in both the pool and spa was cloudy. When we reported it to the manager he blamed it on a family that was swimming in the pool the night before - what did that have to do with it? Anyway, we then decided to play cards (we were actually traveling with another couple) only to find out that there are no tables to play cards at and they wouldn’t let us use one from the dining room ugh. We found that the property shares one maintenance person and the shower curtain wasn’t fixed until about 7 or 8 that night. When we came home for dinner we found that the hair was still floating in the pool. Also we found the fire alarm was taped to the wall on the 2nd floor There was one clerk at the front desk was that as sweet as could be and worked very hard to fix this situation. Her name is Nineveh. The manager needs some training on how to react to a guest when something wrong is identified
