worst experience, too expensive for what they provide - have to repeatedly ask to clean the room(cleaned once after multiple requests in a 5 nights stay) - one of the front desk agent was so rude and makes nonsense on what she is talking. I reserved 2 rooms both are on my name(one fot us and one for friends family) and my friend had to leave due to emergency and i checked with her to see if i can get a refund, instead of giving refund she checked out room saying i can't physically present in 2 rooms - bad smell in the elevator - construction in the front didn't give best experience

If you dont have a vehicle, this is probably not a good hotel for you as nothing is in walking distance. However, for my family it was great. Quiet neighborhood, clean facility, and great price. The room was super clean and the mattress was firm and comfortable. The pillows were super fluffy. I liked that we had a full fridge/freezer, and stove/microwave. I didn't like that there were no plates, silverware, or cups to use. Make sure you bring all that if you plan on eating or reheating food in there. Also their air conditioner would turn on and off and make this horrible noise every 10-15 minutes that sounded like the outside vent closing. We wound up having to turn the whole thing off. Still 5 stars given the cleanliness and price.

We had a large family group, 14 in all and had 4 rooms. The hotel staff did us a favor and picked us all up from downtown Anchorage from where our bus from our cruise dropped us off. Took them 2 trips, but they did it. Check in was easy and the staff was super helpful in suggesting places we could walk to to eat. Then the staff got us to the airport when it was time to leave.

The door wouldn’t shut all the way without being lifted up a little. The toilet was leaking, kids screaming in a room you could hear all the way down the hall!! Was not to impressed over all!
