My family and I had 2 rooms. The room I was in, was very warm. The heater wouldnt turn off. But the room my aunt was in, was cooler. We ended up switching rooms to both our comfort. But I am sure there are others who arent as understanding.

Our room wasn't the cleanest, there was pills on the floor by the headboard (which I never would have seen if I didn't have small children who thankfully handed them to me) and a bloody booger on the full length mirror. Breakfast was good with a few gluten free options but only one waffle maker so I spent 30 minutes taking turns to make 4 waffles for the kids. The rooms are nice and new feeling, plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 younger kids and the pool was clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of parking but there was loud road noise all night long. Over all I would stay here again.

This was our favorite out of 6 hotels when we stayed in Alaska. The rooms were huge and clean, giving our family ample space to spread out; the staff were all super nice; the continental breakfast was plentiful; the pool and gym were impressive; and it was really convenient to the airport. I just wish they’d have a better recycling policy with recycling containers everywhere, including in the room. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay there again!
