Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ozark

Check in was great. Room was great. The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. One of the better hotels we have stayed at for a “budget” hotel. Staff was welcoming. If you’re lucky enough to get a backside room you get a view of the roaming cows. Off to the right of the hotel they have a children’s playground, a basketball court and bbqs under a gazebo. You don’t see that very often. Cute little statues all over too. Very nice stay would TOTALLY stay again. Also dog friend which was great.

Our room was clean, the property was quiet, and there was a great place outside for kids to play and to walk your pets. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family, which includes 3 children between the ages of 5 - 11, had such a wonderful time at this location. Not only was it safe, clean & the staff was very friendly but we also enjoyed the facilities that included basketball, the work out center, the pool, miniature golf, & a kids play center! Also, they are very pet friendly. We will most definitely stay there again.

Staff was great and accommodating. Pool water was clean, but had some leaves on bottom, I skimmed them out myself. The skimmer baskets were full of leaves. I cleaned that out as well, and the water was hair low. The door to the pool area is very hard to open also. The card key didn’t work for the pool area or the side entrance. Has a nice play area for kids, basketball ball court, horseshoes, putting green and outdoor pavilion. Overall the place was clean, service was good. Would stay again!!

Safe and family friendly.

This was a great choice for our family. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly, and our room was clean. We were traveling with our dog and were thrilled to find such a reasonable pet-friendly hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Easy checkin. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in good condition. Nice play area for kids. We got there to late to enjoy but other families were enjoying it and all reared to have a good time. Small breakfast. Overall good stay.

I liked the family feel of the property; however, our room was on the third floor which had an odor.

PROS- rooms are clean, beds are comfortable & appear to be updated, cleaning staff are very nice. These are SO important! For this I would give 5 stars. CONS- because of the government program paying for some to live there until they get new housing, there is some hanging out outside. They all live on the top floor and booked rooms are not on that same floor so thats a plus. Most of them are quiet but one night a car was in front of the entrance and the man standing at the car talking to who was in it was very loud, having a boisterous conversation that you could not tell if it was an argument or what. It was VERY unsettling. We returned at the same time as another with a child and they ran in past that person (bc of the boisterous 'high' behaviour) and he looked around and yelled "what the hell is going on?" Several people just happened to arrive about the same time and he was right in front of the entrance so you had to walk (or run) right beside him. Later as the car left he shouted "you better not come back here or I'll beat you up". I dont know if he was kidding or serious but that person staying with the child packed and left that night bc it didnt feel safe. She was clearly unhinged. We stayed and the next morning at the breakfast area it was like normal with paying visitors getting breakfast, checking out, etc. The area seems safe but saw one smoking pot near the picnic area during the day.
