Holiday Inn Express And Suites Enterprise, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean and provided for a comfortable stay. The only thing we noticed was that the door stopper in the bathroom was not there and the tile was cracked where the stopper had been. We had to be extra careful with our children. Other than that - the stay was a good one and the breakfast was super delicious! Would stay again.

Good stay we had with family/kids, nice breakfast, receptionist also good, convenient room and very well cleaned.

This stay, was okay I hate we were so far away from things we were there to visit family in Troy Alabama and it took away from the time to spend with family. The hotel was okay we did see one roach in the room but for the most part the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. I would not stay there again if I'm there to visit Troy but if I was there to hang out in that town which is Enterprise Alabama I possibly would stay again.

I don't think Holiday Inn hasn't thought this through, I reserved a room, my daughter's softball tournament was cancelled, I purchased your insurance, just in case, you said you would call the hotel and see if they would indeed refund the price of the room, they said no I guess....what they fail to understand, there are somewhere in the neighborhood of 40,000 kids in the 500 mile radius of their hotel that play travel sports, when hotels don't work with those kids parents a little bit, hotels get blacklisted pretty damn quick. Holiday Inn will not get our business anymore. Hampton, Marriott and even Best Western know how much money they make off of travel sports teams and they work with you.

I do like holiday Inn family The staff was amazing I want to say her name was Tiffany and she was above and beyond amazing if I have any complaint which I don’t about the stay but this was in enterprise Alabama and I have no idea what would be going on in a Wednesday night. It a rate of 200 a night is ridiculous for any hotel I did feel safe but even with the hotel nice it wasn’t 200 dollar nice I did it because of hotels available in the area the rate makes me sick because I do this for work but my rate here was higher then a comfort inn in Destin florida it’s too much ok enough of complaint the bed was nice and at end of evening that is all that matters besides safety! Thanks

Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I’ve been to a lot of them, in different states. This one is a pricier, $220 total. I requested extra blanket and pillows because one of my kids will be sleeping on the sofa bed. It’s usually stored inside the closet. When we got in our room, there was none. I had to walk to the front desk to request it. I got in the shower, late at night, only to not find any hair dryer. It’s a nice hotel to stay overnight but I’ve experienced seen better Holiday Inn.
