Friendly hotel staff. Atmosphere is inviting and family friendly. Breakfast is really good (selection and taste)!

Guess I had high expectations being Hilton, but my stay was a little disappointing. The 1st thing was the hair follicles in the bed by the pillows and on the bathroom floor. Also I'm a 3 month back surgery recipient and the bed was NOT my friend...waaay to soft for comfort. But the tip of the iceberg was around 9 p.m. Some kids of other guests were in the hallway for about 20 minutes, running & stomping like they were trying to do a rain dance or something. It was then that I decided this would be my first and last time at a Hilton. That stay was giving Motel 6...highly disappointing.

Everyone one was extremely nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the $37 breakfast that was included in my price was not eatable. We three ordered pancakes. They were brown and looked great on the outside, but doughy is the middle. My family had a great experience at the hotel except for the breakfast. We will probably stay there again, but without the breakfast being included.

Our 3rd night at the hotel my daughter noticed that her white gold diamond earrings were missing. After looking through our luggage and all over the room we went down to the front desk. I spoke with a nice woman who said she would call the general manger (GM) immediately, and he'd be in around 6am, I told her we were checking out at 6, but I'd come and speak with him then. I thanked her and said we'd keep looking and let her know if we found them. I received a call from the same woman about 30 minutes later, she said the GM would not be in at 6, he'd be in later that morning, she asked for my contact info, I gave it to her, she said he'd call me as soon as he got in the next morning. We checked out the next morning. By a little before 1 pm I still hadn't received a call, I called and spoke to Hiedi would transferred me to the GM, he didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. My next step is to call someone from there corporate office. These earrings were a gift from my daughter's grandmother. Aside from the sentimental value, diamond earrings are expensive. Normally I wouldn't leave any of our valuables, but we were rushing to leave to meet with family and my daughter left the room without putting them on. There were a few other issues that now seem minuscule compared to this. There's an easy solution to this, check when a card was swiped and look at the cameras. I'm not going to let this go. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great Hotel! Great Location! Wheather it be shopping, attending a play, taking the kids to Chucky Cheeses or going to the Casino, Hilton Garden is just around the corner !!!
