I had a highly satisfying stay at the Hampton Inn, where I always feel welcomed by the staff who treat me like family. The General Manager handles all urgent situations with great professionalism

Since finding Hampton Inn & Suites in it's EastChase location, we stay here every time we visit our family in Montgomery AL - which as of the writing of this review, amounts to two or three times a year for the past six years. It is perfectly located among shopping and restaurants; is always clean; offers comfortable beds; feels safe any time of the day or night; is staffed by wonderful people who are friendly and who always extend a warm welcome and the breakfast is filling with lots of variety (including my favorite - cooked oatmeal) and Ms. Mona. They even put out freshly baked cookies at 3:00 on weekdays. We Love it Here!

Had a fabulous stay! Management needs to sell their model of friendliness! Every staff member we met were top notch. Especially Miss Mona at breakfast. A super comfortable room with a bed that just swallows you up for a deep sleep! Loved chilling by the pool too. Added bonus, so many restaurants within walking distance. Bravo, kids!

This place is great! I've stopped here a couple of times on my way to visit family in Indiana (from Florida). They staff is always kind and efficient. The rooms are clean. They're dog-friendly, but not loud and the property is still clean. Definitely recommend. Worth going a little off I-75.

Everything was perfect! We always stay here while visiting family in Montgomery. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet even though we were right across from the elevator and the hotel was packed. Another reason why we stay here are the employees. They are quick to assist and always greet you with a friendly smile. I feel like I am surrounded by friends. This is the place to stay.
