The rooms all over looked nice for the price you pay, and the staff was nice. My family got a room Saturday-Sunday. But unfortunately my families room was infested with ants by the garbage, window, and air conditioning. My husband was told that due to booking through a 3rd party it wouldn't be as easy to get refunded. The night manager offered my husband another room but it was already so late by then our children were already sleeping! The manager then proceeded and told my husband to call a number on Monday morning for a room credit or refund. Also they charge 20$ seperately when you get there for a room retainer fee just in case you wanted to get something from downstairs like chips, soda, etc and they would take it from the 20$. I never heard that before and haven't recieved my 20$ back yet.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud, however, it did mask the noises from the other guests at the hotel. The hallway noise and the children in the room overhead made it difficult to get to sleep. Overall, the room was clean, the employees were helpful and I loved the "no smoking" policy.

Been to this hotel twice, both times for holidays to visit family close by, this is an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful people. Even though it was the holidays and they were working, you couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is fairly new so that helps as well. Breakfast was very good as well. A+
