Our vacation was worth the stay. Kaitlyn, The entire Staff and House keeping were professional and courteous. They assisted us during the entire stay. My Grandchildren were excited with the Snack section, 24 hour Coffee and Tea, and hot Cookies. The 9 year old continuously said the Hotel was excellent. It’s located close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Very convenient.

Every year my family and I go on vacation to Miami and we stop on that Hotel. This year 2023 the room was dirty, all blankets and sheets were dirty and bottle cap under night table . The lady on the front desk was very courteous and help us with that situation, I think that this is the last time we go to that hotel.

This is my second time staying here and I will certainly be back when I got visit my family. Even though it was during Mardi Gras which can be a chaotic time for hotels, the staff remained professional and the hotel was clean the entire time!

We like the way the room is layed out. It worked great for us and our 3 grandchildren. The staff were friendly and always helpful if we had questions. Breakfast had a great variety and the woman running breakfast was kind and helpful

Arrived at midnight and went straight to sleep with my three children and husband. Had a decent sleep and woke up wanting to watch the news before we got back in the road. The tv did not work- you could hear but no picture. Called downstairs and was told thanks for reporting. Asked if there would be a fix for this or if there would be some sort of discount for lack of “guaranteed” of a good stay. Was told no. There was no fix and manger would be back in a week. Asked for a late checkout was offered 11:30. Unsatisfied. The next home 2 suite that we moved to in Panama City was MUCH more the quality of hotel i will stay at with my family. No thanks, Mobile.

Didn’t feel like the safest part of the city. A lot of ‘traffic’. They literally had a cop do rounds for security purposes. The lady at the front desk at check-out was super helpful. That was the only bright spot for the stay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again with my family.
