The rooms are very outdated. It smelled as soon as we walked into our room so we knew it was going to be a unpleasant stay. We ended up checking out early because a roach almost crawled in my childs food. I was done! Very disappointed because Fairield's are usually nice.

We stayed 1- night as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) as part of a longer trip. The weather was wet and raining at check in. The front desk associate checked us in promptly even with other guests arriving. We even were given a first floor room as requested. Once in the room it was spacious and beds comfortable. It was humid so the fan was helpful to move air around to make it comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was updated. Breakfast was basic but we were grateful for protein in the eggs and sausage. Housekeepers were very nice upon check out.

I rented a suite for me and 4 kids traveling to a family reunion in northern Georgia… We decided to drive a full day and then stay in Mobile Alabama, and complete the drive the next day… when we got to the hotel with our reservation, they told me the room was not available, but they would find me a room. I was tired from traveling, so I agreed, but the room they gave me only slept 4 people and they had no rollaway beds, no cots, nothing! One of the kids had to sleep on the floor, and there were not enough growlers to go around, and no more could be provided…. Very unsatisfactory accommodations, and no offer of a redemption, discount nothing… won’t be using this again!!,

When we checked in I gave my last name and the lady said my first name then handed me my key card. I was confused cause I didnt have to show my ID, give payment info, sign anything. I asked, that's its and she said yep I checked you in. She didnt tell me where my room was at or when breakfast was. It wasn't welcoming at all. When I checked out I requested a receipt because the check in process was shady and was told that Expeida would email me one. Breakfast wasnt good at all! I was very disappointed! My family and I travel a lot and this is the first time we experienced this kind of service very disappointing!

We arrived checked in afterwards we found out the pool was closed but they will let us swim for our stay. Once we got in the pool the very rude general manager told us to get out the pool. Only after i told her for the 3rd time we were told we could use the pool by other employees. She finally told us very rudely we only stay in for that time. That the pool would be closed the next day. They will be draining the pool and no longer will have one. Which was not on the site. I live 10 mins from hotel and only came so my kids could swim for spring break..i had to drive a hour drive to take the kids somewhere else for entertainment

It was a very nice suite. We had 2 tvs and that was a plus as our family members watch different things. My husband went down for breakfast and stated how nice the person was who was in charge of cooking/serving the breakfast. The location was also nice as there were stores and restaurants near by.

My children and I were traveling and arrived just after midnight. I liked that they lock the front door. The person at rhw front counter eas very polite and got us checked in quickly, she was very good at explaining the times breakstarted, and when pool opened. Shebwas very thorough. Room was nice, and clean, and quiet.

The stay was amazing! The cleanliness and hospitality was by far the best I've ever experienced. We have found a new home away from home. The staff was like the family we didn't know we had. Thank you!
