Tru by Hilton Mobile

Great hotel , clean, friendly staff , kids enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

The staff was nice, bed comfortable, quiet despite being pet friendly and lots of pet families, breakfast was good. We brought our cat and dog, they were very comfortable and had room to stretch their legs. Shampoo and soap in abundance, didn’t even have to use my home soaps.

This is perhaps the most family-friendly hotel I've stayed at. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and kind. Our room also exceeded our expectations. And its a great location in a quiet, safer area of town. We definitely will be back to this hotel when we are in Mobile again.

Very loud but due to several barking dogs and young children.

The staff was soooo sweet!!!! Comfortable beds and clean room!!!!! Loved it!! Breakfast was great with so many options. Loved the family feel bc of the board games they have for families! It was perfect.

The hotel was convenient from our family. Great complimentary full breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Only downside was the lack of storage eg closet. For. 2-3 night is fine.

We loved the convenience. It had a small gym and complimentary buffet breakfast! Saved our family $50 easily.

The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming. The hotel was very clean, but our room did not get fresh towels or trash taking once during our 4 night stay. They serve breakfast during the wkdays, it was pretty good. Nothing special but it worked for my family. Around the property was plenty of food, & shops. There wasn’t a lot of places to park. Very clean & quiet. I would def stay again.

Very friendly, family activities, great breakfast

My first stay at a Tru by Hilton. I was very impressed. The property is very well maintained, the public spaces are exceptionally clean as was the room. It looked to be very family friendly but also just very traveler friendly. The staff were super welcoming. The breakfast spread was great and surpassed my expectations. The single king bed room size is small but definitely comfy and adequate for brief accommodation. There were USB ports & outlets throughout the room for device charging. I really love the reduced plastic waste concept for soap/shampoo dispensing in the bathroom - that’s very smart. I’ll definitely seek out Tru by Hilton locations in future travels & already recommended to family/friends.
