Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mobile West I-10, an IHG Hotel

I got to the room, opened the door, and looked at the bed there was a big stain in the center. We were moved to another room where insulation is coming down. Saturday night a freak show/party was going on in the entire hotel, I stepped out of my room to go downstairs and some men were walking down the hall with no clothes on. They were permitted to have a swingers party there every month, with the next on the 22nd of Sept. The pool was packed to capacity and no other guest could get in. The doors were constantly opening and closing all night, I got no sleep whatsoever this weekend. I will be contacting upper management about this. This was inappropriate for the children and we should have been WARNED! and had prior NOTICE!!!

My husband, 2 kids and I stayed here for the night during a road trip. Everything was great! We checked in after midnight with two tired grumpy kids and even grumpier parents. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure left something to be desired. Breakfast was decent and the gentleman taking care of the food was very nice and understanding when my 4 year old crumbled his muffin and then spilled his juice all over the floor (I offered to clean it up). Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will probably book for the night on our way home.

We chose this hotel as it was located between our daughter and mother. We arrived early but were able to do the early check in. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and the pillows were actually great! The breakfast had a huge variety of options and the grandkids were able to stay with us one night on a roll away bed that was brought in. We asked for clean towels on the 1st morning (grands used them all) as I was told they clean every 3rd day which was not an issue. We will book again. I booked through Expedia and the rate was comparable to those in this immediate area. The family told us the places across the highway were not very secure which is why we paid the higher rate on this side of the road. We will for sure be back when we visit the family again

We were very exhausted ( family with children) and there was a party going on the fourth floor, we were on the second floor. A couple from that party got a room right next to us. The couple were so loud having sex, screaming and banging on the wall that by turning up the volume on the tv wouldn't work! My children were freaking out when they heard the woman scream, bloody murder. I called the front desk and no one would pick up. Finally I got one of the staff after 15 minutes! I don't think I'll be coming back since the staff guy told me that these people reserve every couple of months there.. Also the party was going on the fourth floor and there were people walking around with drinks in their hands on our floor which is second floor. Nope not coming back!!
