Home2 Suites by Hilton Mobile I-65 Government Boulevard

This was a very nice and comfortable place. The kitchen was a great amenity. The only down was that there was a lot of hair and sand in the bathroom as well as the floor in the kitchen area. Maybe previous beach goers. Not sure but luckily I travel with a portable vacuum for the health and wellness of my daughter and grandkids. The staff was friendly and even though there was a lot of traffic due to a family reunion everyone was assisted promptly. Thanks to such a great staff.

Booked two queen beds last weekend. Got there and they had me and my family in a king and of course the hotel was “sold out”. Said the room was not cleaned yet and to come back in 1 to 1 1/2 hrs later. We came back 2 hrs later and the room still was not cleaned yet. Booked the next weekend on our way back. We received room #112 and the entire room smells like cat pee when you walk in. Went to the front desk to see if we could possibly change rooms and the hotel was “sold out”. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. Gross!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Room and bathroom were very clean. The only negative is that the pool needed cleaning. The area around the hotel was clean. The breakfast and the coffee was very good!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this property as we have stayed with Hilton before but not a Home2. The double queen suite was more than spacious, and with nice amenities. The pool needed a little TLC as did the dog walk but we were happy to have both. Breakfast was very nice but the time should be extended to 10am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely utilize this property in the future as it was close to both family and modern conveniences.

Loved how clean and nice staff were and it was perfect for our two small dogs to stay w us. Only part is that breakfast wasn’t anything special same as a regular hotel and the rooms had nice sized fridge and freezer and dishes available but only a microwave no stove top so not sure what all we were supposed to be able to cook or why so many things available like a Collinder and other cooking tools maybe other rooms had a mini stove ? There was also a full size dishwasher and lots of space in room / could be separated by curtain to divide room in half in case someone stated on pull out bed as well. The shower / different pressures were amazing I didn’t want to get out of shower everytime I took one lol. Was very nice area and we were able to walk to shopping stores and places to eat as well as top golf for drinks and some fun. Took a Uber to the Katy Williams comedy tour at civic center which is why we stayed here for my bday celebration. The lobby is beautiful they have a pool and gym and outside grilling area. Over all it was a wonderful stay with great friendly staff and perfect pick for our fur babies as well

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The area is safe and convenient to downtown plus the staff was very friendly. Great customer service

My husband and I came to the area for a family friends wedding and thought we would stay here since it was a Hilton hotel. Well, it definitely wasn’t the type that we’re accustomed to. We ended up having to change rooms bc the wallpaper was held up by thumbtacks and the carpet and sofa was just disgusting. The front desk was very prompt about moving us to a different room. Once we moved to a different room, it was the same with the sofa and carpet. We made sure to keep shoes on while walking on the floors and we just sat in the chairs that was at the kitchen table. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, but ok enough to get through our stay. The only other problem were kids next door with the television blasting and sounding like they were tearing up the room and the noise was so unbearable, that we had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene. We FINALLY had one night of good sleep and left the next day. We probably won’t stay at another one like this again.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was great for the kids. I like the convenience of the how close stores were near by.

Well, I wish I could tell you about our stay, but when we arrived after hours of driving we were told staff didn’t show up to clean the rooms so we could have our fully paid for room. The desk agent was nice and helped us get a room at Tru also owned by Hilton the problem is it only slept 4 and not 6, so we had to get creative. The agent did the best he could and was super nice, but it was just a really crappy ending to a crappy day. We are still waiting on our room refund which completely put a damper on our family trip as we need that money back. Come to hear he told the agent at the Tru we weren’t charged, so my fear now is we will have to fight to get the money returned for a stay we didn’t get to make. Very disappointing as I love this chain.
