Our room should have been ready at 3pm. We got there at 5:45 and had to wait over an hour to get our room. The front office staff lady wasn’t helpful. She said she would call me in 30 minutes to let us know the room was clean. She did not. I went inside 40 minutes after and waited in line for 20 minutes just to speak with her again. We finally got to our room after an hour of waiting. She was not friendly at all. The room was very clean and nice. I think the people above us had kids because late into the night and early in the morning there was lots of stomping. There was also dogs barking in the hallway. The breakfast lady was very sweet. It is a shame bc it is a really nice hotel.

Property is understaffed. Took forever to get pillows to our room and the AC was broke . At first they said they were all booked and when we asked for a free night they magically found another room to move us too . Water station was on the fritz , and hear others complain about maintenance issues . Not the staffs fault I guess if they are staffed properly but expected more from the good reviews. Breakfast was ok and kids were happy so all not lost .

Catered to our fur baby and called her by name our entire stay.

I have a large family (7) so finding a large room with extra amenities at a great price was a huge plus for our family vacation travel. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked the one night to break up a long drive as part of a family vacation with three small children and it couldnt have gone better. The price was affordable, room was clean, spacious, and the pool and breakfast were a plus. The only negative was a broken bathroom lock that wouldnt latch.

We have family that live here and this place is great. The lady who does breakfast (we call her Nannah) is amazing. She's the main reason we stay at this hotel.
