Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport

Staff gave incorrect instructions for parking so we went around twice- small inconvenience. Check-in was simple, fast, and friendly; except the Guest Services Clerk forgot to take my vehicle tag and I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic thinking I was towed- hotel is connected to the airport (thankfully I was not towed). The room looks nothing like the photos- must be a sister property. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and it is poorly designed. The bathroom is small; yet they chose to get a huge, bulky cabinet/sink combo and the toilet is oddly positioned as it nearly touches the door. Two people cannot occupy the bathroom and I’m speaking of an average sized adult and toddler. My greatest annoyance while at this property is that the air conditioning runs like an old Chevy- it is extremely noisy when turned on and it had to warm up before quieting down. My second issue was that the Restuarant was closed and there were $0 dining options- continental breakfast was nonexistent. Extremely disappointed.

Amenities were disappointing. Stayed in handicap accessible room. Very disappointed in room. Iron but no ironing board. Had two children with me staff was very nice, offered a pull out bed. Nothing extra about this brand not a good choice will never stay again

Convenient airport Hotel in the Huntsville Airport. Good for early morning flights or bad weather. There were loud children staying nearby and the room was noisy.
