This hotel was nice, clean and exactly what we needed. The hotel staff also went over and beyond expectations! They texted me to let me know a family member made it safe, sound and checked in safely.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The sink faucet was placed weird in the corner of the sink which was awkward. Had issues with the shower faucet too. Was hard to turn on and once on, hard to regulate temperature. It was either cold or too hot. Didn’t try the breakfast since we were visiting family and ate by them. Overall it was convenient and I would stay tthere again.

Maddie the AM was very polite. She gave our family some good advice. She took care of us as if we were her own family. Gail was very helpful when we first arrived. We had some room issues which was Expedia's fault! She took great care of it. The tree mountain background was as peaceful as it look. Breakfast was good each day. Loved the Oj! Our room was small but we made the best of it for the time there. We enjoyed the pool. The area can stand to have more food place closer. But overall it was good.

We booked room for five and it turns out this hotel has only two queen beds and no sofa. They do allow more than 4 people so I guess they expect people sleeping on the floor. Room is really small so we had hard time fitting inflatable bed. Almost forgot, there was power outage and we almost got stuck in elevator. We were lucky that power went off just when we got into elevator. Door closed half way so we were able to force it open. My kids didn’t want to ride elevator after that.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast was very good, our suite was spacious. The amenities were plentiful. It was super quiet and comfortable! We will definitely recommend this to our family!

We stayed one night while visiting family. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and breakfast was great! The king room was larger than expected. It was nice to have an area for our toddler and baby to play and also have room for the pack and play.
