My room was not prepared. The manger had an attitude. After explaining that my room was paid for already via Expedia they charged my card again for a larger amount and I’m not in a battle to have it reversed. My sofa bed needed sheets for my kid. When we went downstairs to ask for some the young lady didn’t have any. We didn’t get sheets or extra blankets and pillows until 11 pm

The hotel room itself was really nice and I enjoyed being able to check in on my phone and have a digital key. But the walls are SUPER THIN, and there was a football tournament in the area this weekend and kids were running up and down the halls and parents/coaches were sitting out front of the hotel with bottles of alcohol passing them around all night and had their cars pulled under the car port so people checking in couldn’t park. The hotel workers at the desk did nothing about it.
