Hilton Garden Inn Huntsville South/Redstone Arsenal

Was in town to visit with my daughter and grandchildren. Read the reviews before booking and was satisfied with my stay. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet

Hilton didn't follow up on their guarantee of making things right. They still have a photo up of a hot tub on their website. However, the hot tub was filled in around a year ago, it isn't there.Bait and switch. I see other people complained months ago in these reviews and it looks like no one cares to fix the lie. Unfortunately, they continue to advertise it. As a business owner, I've stayed all over the country. The people running this hotel are the rudest I've ever come across. I was talking to a family at the pool and they told me they also complained about the missing hot tub and the hotel upgraded them to a whirlpool suite. I guess when white guests complain they are ignored. Reverse racism???? You can do much better elsewhere.
