SpringHill Suites Huntsville Downtown

The room was excellent. Breakfast was great; the exercise space was wonderful too. Really enjoyed having a separate toilet area to shower area with an additional sink. It made family stay less stressful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A+

We stopped in Huntsville for an overnight while traveling home from vacationing. The Springhill Suites was conveniently located off the interstate. The property was new and clean. When checking in we were greeted by the front desk staff and she was welcoming and friendly and even suggested a few pizza places that would deliver. The front lobby was clean and spacious. The room was great! We had plants of room for our family of four and the kids loved the sofa bed that was also a trundle bed. There was a separate shower room with a sink and a bathroom which was nice being able to shower and have the bathroom available if needed. The property was quiet even at night we did not hear any noise from the highway traffic. The included breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. The kids liked being able to make their own waffles and customize with chocolate chips, whipped cream and different syrups. There were healthier options like an oatmeal bar, turkey sausage and an egg white, spinach and Swiss quiche which was so good. Everytime we saw a staff member they greeted us with a smile and they made the stay even more pleasurable. We are already talking about returning for a longer stay. This hotel is great for families, multiple night stays and the included breakfast is a plus.

We checked in late at night and were still greeted with a smile, complimentary bottled water, and snacks! The room was clean, perfect size for our family of 5, and the beds were nice and soft. Breakfast had many options even though it was a weekday. We will be back!

My family was in town to attend a birthday party. I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice bar in the lobby.

Reserved two queens with sofa bed, only 1 king rooms available when I went to check in…not ideal for a family of six on a one night stay…had to leave and book elsewhere on the fly

Really enjoyed this hotel! It was kept very clean, the staff was all friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast that consisted of something for everyone. The room was big and really nice! The only issue I had was there was no lights by the pool. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Typical hotel these days. The thinnest towels, 1/2 ply toilet paper. BUT what's not typical is separate toilet/baby sink, and another separate room with tub/shower and sink. One with BARN DOOR, which of course do not really close, leaving a huge gap. and the other with a POCKET DOOR. Go take a piss (or worse) with guests in the room and they get to enjoy it too - the sounds, the smells and the visual due to the gap! BUT the staff was great! and I do travel, six nights a month on business. This was my first and last experience with Springhill Suites. Next time, hire a designer who actually stays in hotel rooms.

The room room was really hot when we arrived. There was a group message of kids sports teams staying at the hotel. The kids were jumping on furniture, running down hallways, and screaming at each other at all hours. The hotel staff ignored all of it. Front desk staff were playing on their phones. At breakfast a little girl sneezed in the eggs and the oatmeal. Sprayed spit into both. The attendant saw but left the food. We decided to go out for breakfast. The back door to the building was also open at night and we didn’t need our room key to enter. Seemed like anyone could enter. Staff seemed indifferent to guest problems.

We spent 9 nights in various hotels' and this was by far our favorite. My family of 4 was able to spread out and sleep comfortably. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety and the space was well organized and clean. We were a bit nervous when we pulled up because there isn't much around when you consider it is the "down town" location, but if we were passing by again, I would make sure to book this hotel.
